    Somerset 165-6 (18 overs) v Glos 186-6

Ajeet Singh Sale gets Ben Green for 37 from 25 balls.

And he concedes only five from the 18th over.

The game was drifting away from The Shire but they're right back in it now.

They have to defend this to stay in the competition.

  2. Postpublished at 21:20 British Summer Time 23 June 2023

    Lancashire 177-4 v Derbyshire 5-0 (1 over)

Luke Wood opens the bowling and hustles in with the crowd behind him.

It's a fine over, only spoiled by Harry Came getting the last ball away for four.

When you think that James Vince is not in the England T20 squad, it shows you the skill and the talent there is in the country - it's scary.

    Hants 94-4 (9 overs) v Essex 209-7

Two strikes in six balls for Essex.

But James Vince is still there, 55 from 26, and Hampshire remain right up with the asking rate of 10.5-an-over.

WICKET Harris c Cox b Stewart 0published at 21:17 British Summer Time 23 June 2023

    Kent 228-3 v Middlesex 163-9 (17.2 overs)

    It's a hat-trick for Grant Stewart!

Three balls, three slogs and three fine catches in the deep give Stewart his hat-trick.

A great night for the Kent crowd after Daniel Bell-Drummond's earlier century.

  6. wicket

WICKET Pollock c Mousley b Hasan 12published at 21:16 British Summer Time 23 June 2023

    Bears 228-4 v Worcs 161-9

Dan Mousley has been involved in almost everything tonight - runs, wickets and catches.

He hangs onto a skier at mid-wicket as Ed Pollock goes and Hasan Ali claims his second victim.

  7. Somerset need 27 from 18 ballspublished at 21:16 British Summer Time 23 June 2023

    Somerset 159-5 v Glos 186-6

David Payne keeps the Glosters alive with an over that goes for only four.

But Payne is now bowled out and the target remains straightforward.

  8. wicket

WICKET Gorvin c FHP b Currie 10published at 21:14 British Summer Time 23 June 2023

    Glamorgan 146-7 v Sussex 182-6

Bradley Currie digs one in and Andy Gorvin swipes it away over the off-side but Fynn Hudson-Prentice is in position to take the catch and send him on his way.

Just four from the over and Glamorgan need 37 off six balls - so they're going to need a wide or no-ball to do it.

  9. NORTHANTS BEAT LEICESTERSHIRE BY 92 RUNSpublished at 21:14 British Summer Time 23 June 2023

    Leics 118 v Northants 210-7

An efficient job in the field by Northants and they close out a huge win.

It keeps them in the hunt for the quarter-finals - and gives them a nice boost to their net run-rate as well.

But they must also win their final game - and it's at Lancashire.

For Leicestershire, a bad week gets a little worse.

  10. Middlesex need 69 from four overspublished at 21:13 British Summer Time 23 June 2023

    Kent 228-3 v Middlesex 160-7 (16 overs)

Luke Hollman has gone for a fine 48 off only 20 balls and that probably eliminates the slim hopes Middlesex had of an unlikely win.

Josh De Caires and the tail somehow have to conjure 69 from 24 balls.

  11. Somerset need 31 in 24 ballspublished at 21:12 British Summer Time 23 June 2023

    Somerset 156-5 v Glos 186-6

Gloucestershire have picked up some wickets but have never stemmed the flow of runs.

Ben Green is 35 from 20 balls and Somerset are strolling home.

  12. Postpublished at 21:11 British Summer Time 23 June 2023

    Glamorgan 142-6 v Sussex 182-6

It's going to take something special from Glamorgan now with 18 overs completed.

Andrew Salter is the latest to go, caught off Tymal Mills for two, but Cam Fletcher is still there on 43 not out.

  13. wicket

WICKET Tongue b Woakes 1published at 21:10 British Summer Time 23 June 2023

    Bears 224-8 v Worcs 155-8

It's all about whether Worcestershire can see out the 20 overs now as Josh Tongue drags the first ball of a new Chris Woakes over into his stumps. Dillon Pennington joins Ed Pollock.

  14. wicket

WICKET Santner st Davies b Mousley 56published at 21:08 British Summer Time 23 June 2023

    Bears 228-4 v Worcs 154-7

Ed Pollock hoists Dan Mousley over mid-wicket for six as Worcestershire pass 150.

But Mousley strikes for the fourth time as Mitchell Santner is stumped for 56, made from just 32 balls.

Worcestershire's chances were already remote and scoring 74 off the final 24 balls is surely beyond the tail. Or is it?

Mousley finishes with 4-41 from his four overs.

Nokeeroe: I thought Essex’s bowlers were supposed to be good. The Hampshire batters don’t seem to think so.

  16. Postpublished at 21:05 British Summer Time 23 June 2023

    Kent 228-3 v Middlesex 141-6 (15 overs)

This is extremely unlikely for Middlesex to win, but Luke Hollmann and Josh De Caires are showing plenty of fight.

They have put on 41 for this seventh wicket with both batters going at a strike rate of over 200.

  17. Postpublished at 21:05 British Summer Time 23 June 2023

    Glamorgan 131-5 v Sussex 182-6

Glamorgan have lost their fifth wicket at Cardiff with Timm van der Gugten caught by Harrison Ward off Shadab Khan for four.

Good piece of work by the fielder who could feel his balance wasn't right and tossed it back into the air before stepping over the rope and back inside it again to complete the catch.

  18. Postpublished at 21:04 British Summer Time 23 June 2023

    Hants 68-2 (6 overs) v Essex 209-7

Toby Albert falls to the final ball of the powerplay but that's still a really good first six for Hampshire.

James Vince - who else - is leading the charge on 37 from 17 balls.

The home side well ahead of the asking rate at the moment.

But still 10-an-over required from here.

  19. DERBYSHIRE NEED 178 TO BEAT LANCASHIREpublished at 21:04 British Summer Time 23 June 2023

    Lancashire 177-4 (15 overs) v Derbyshire

Zak Chappell starts the final over wicket, one, one.

But Luke Wells hits a straight six and then another one over deep square.

The bowler wins the last ball though, as he flattens Wells' off-stump.

Wells is out for 13 off four balls, as Liam Livingstone finishes on 47 at the other end.

  20. 50 runs

for Mitchell Santnerpublished at 21:01 British Summer Time 23 June 2023

    Bears 228-4 v Worcs 143-6

Mitchell Santner brings up his second T20 50 of the season from just 27 balls as he lofts Danny Briggs away over the leg-side for six.

It's the third of his innings, to go with four boundaries, but it looks like it's going to be in a losing cause.
