They're going for it with two seconds left.
Moeen Ali gets one to straighten on Henry Nicholls and the ball clips his front pad.
Moeen and Jos Buttler have a chat and send it upstairs.
It was fairly straight, but Nicholls was quite a way down the track.
Andy Zaltzman
Cricket statistician on Test Match Special
After 24 overs, England were 135-2. New Zealand at this stage are 120-4.
Henry Nicholls and Glenn Phillips work the ones and twos off Liam Livingstone with no real scares.
Nicholls has moved on to 40 from 45 balls, while Phillips is 19 from 20.
As per CricViz's captaincy grid, which rates each bowlers ability to bowl at each batter, Liam Livingstone is deemed a best option to bowl at Henry Nicholls, but a worst option to bowl at Glenn Phillips.
Target 312
Moeen Ali is proving to be miserly again. Just the three singles off his latest over means he is 1-9 from three so far.
It is spin from the Pavilion End too as Liam Livingstone, who took three wickets in the last match, comes into the attack.
Henry Nicholls plays a lovely shot off the hips and the ball flies through mid-wicket for four.
These two are building a handy little partnership here.

Starting XI for World Cup: Bairstow, Malan, Root, Stokes, Buttler, Livingstone, Ali, Curran, Woakes, Rashid, Wood
Paul, Leeds
Moeen Ali wasted no time getting in on the wickets, bowling Tom Latham with his third ball of the match.
Target 312
Just five singles off Moeen Ali's latest over as Henry Nicholls and Glenn Phillips rotate the strike.
It is a glorious late summer's evening at Lord's. The famous old ground looks a picture.
That's a good shot from Glenn Phillips as he leans into a drive and forces the ball through the off side for four.
He repeats the trick later in the over, perfectly picking out the gap just wide of point.
Is the the start of a New Zealand counter attack?
Warm applause for Moeen Ali at the end of the over.
Glenn Phillips is the new batter, but this already looks a tough task for New Zealand.

New Zealand are in trouble at 88-4 and I'm not sure we are going to get that tight nail-biting finish we had hoped for.

Moeen Ali is on the mark straight away. He's bowled a nice line to the body, adjusted when attacked and that one skidded on. New Zealand in a world of trouble now.
Latham b Moeen 13 (NZ 88-4)
Bowled him! Moeen Ali strikes with his third ball of the match.
It is a pretty rotten shot in truth as Tom Latham looks to heave a short delivery over mid-wicket but the ball hits his pads before clattering into the stumps.
Time for some spin as Moeen Ali enters the fray.
It is another beauty from Brydon Carse as he gets a bit of movement bowling around the wicket to left-hander Tom Latham and very nearly snares the outside edge.
Carse has bowled brilliantly so far.

New Zealand have some work to do here. They have Glenn Phillips who can give it a bit of a hit followed by Rachin Ravindra, but then you are into the bowlers. And two of them might not bat.
Just the three runs off Sam Curran's latest over as New Zealand's innings starts to grind to a halt.
Their current run rate is 4.94, with the required rate now 6.90.
