An uncharacteristic loose ball from Aryan Dutt and he's been punished.

An uncharacteristic loose ball from Aryan Dutt and he's been punished.
Aryan Dutt starts well with just one run from his first three balls, but frustratingly gifts Shadab Khan a full toss that he can whack to the cover boundary.
Still - just the six runs from the 43rd over, which is a very decent effort from the spinner.

Wonderful shot, great execution. This is a wonderful innings from Nawaz, he looks in great touch.

Gorgeous cover drive from Mohammad Nawaz. He just leaned into it and caressed it.
A little wide from Bas de Leede and Mohammad Nawaz slices it past point for a nicely-timed boundary.
That's followed by a full toss that is gratefully punished down the ground, and completes a very profitable over for Pakistan.
The Dutch bowlers have, overall, been very disciplined today and can't afford to let that slip at the death.
This is probably the closest thing to a wicket opportunity that we've seen these two give.

One thing about the Dutch bowling is that occasionally they've missed full which is quite weird on these wickets.
They are trying to really pitch it up and I'm not sure that's the way to go.
Nawaz 23, Shadab 25
Thanks, Callum.
Shadab and Nawaz have led a nice recovery for Pakistan after those three quick wickets in the middle order.
They scamper three from the final ball of Colin Ackermann's over, which is pretty good going in the 41st over in such hot conditions.

That is a beautiful shot from Nawaz. He drove it straight as an arrow for four.
A return to pace for the Netherlands as Paul van Meekeren comes on.
He's a bit wayward, giving Pakistan two wides, before Mohammad Nawaz leans on a drive to pick up a glorious boundary straight down the ground. They are picking up some momentum again.
That's me done for the time being. Ffion Wynne will take you through the remainder of the innings and beyond.

You always think about how many runs it is going to cost you after that sort of moment.

We see so many great catches on the boundary nowadays that Bas de Leede will be disappointed with that.
It's a fantastic effort but he holds himself to very high standards. He still had a lot of work to do, though.
Pak 219-6
Catchhhh! No. Dropped and six.
Shadab Khan slog-sweeps away and Bas de Leede has to get round from mid-wicket. He pulls out the full stretch dive and gets both hands on the catch but ends up parrying it over the rope.
Good effort, and his momentum may well have ended up taking him, and the ball, over for six anyway.
Talking of De Leede, here's how he picked up his second wicket.

The Netherlands with a genuine chance of an enormous shock here, but will their other bowlers be able to follow de Leede? Sorry - I'll get my coat.

These two batters do have a bit of time to build, get in and then go really hard for the last four or five overs.
By doing that, you're also keeping Shaheen Afridi, who is a big hitter, back for later in the innings.
Pak 210-6
No. Muhammad Nawaz is comfortably home.
The umpire should be calling that on the field really. He's almost past the stumps.
It's all going on.
Roelof van der Merwe has shouted "catchhh" three balls in a row as Pakistan work down the ground.
It hasn't been close to carrying on either of them. Pakistan attempt a second this time and Van der Merwe flicks the throw onto the stumps at the non-striker's end.
Has he done something brilliant?

I think we need to put a stop clock on Ackermann's overs. Easily under two minutes.
Colin Ackermann rattles through another over, conceding five singles.
He's got 1-11 from four overs.
Pakistan's innings does feel a little like England's yesterday. They've lost wickets regularly and now at the end of the innings are having to accumulate and rebuild, rather than thinking about pressing the accelerator.
