Saud Shakeel is going nicely now but Netherlands will feel he should be back in the hutch.
The left-hander got very lucky after his edge off Aryan Dutt was missed at slip...

Roelof van der Merwe gets around a bit.
He's a fan favourite at Somerset but he has played for three different Hundred teams in its three years of existence.
He is a very reliable cricketer.
A very tidy first over for Roelof van der Merwe.
The Somerset left-arm spinner concedes just three singles to take us through to drinks.

Netherlands have achieved all that they have despite the fact that there are only eight turf wickets in the country.
Bas de Leede into the attack and after a decent start, Saud Shakeel walks down and punches the ball over mid on for four.
There was a cry of "catch!" but it was well wide of the fielder. Classy shot from Shakeel.
That bumper didn't go as Paul van Meekeren wanted but his first - in fact, it was the first ball he bowled today - could not have gone better...
Pakistan are finally up and running in this contest it seems.
Saud Shakeel adds the latest boundary, picking up on the short ball from Paul van Meekeren and just swivelling on it to send it through square leg.
Lovely timing.

The loose deliveries are starting to creep in now. The Pakistan batters aren't going to miss out on those.
Aryan Dutt completes his sixth over and can feel a little unfortunate not to have a wicket to his name as yet.
However, he drops short to Mohammad Rizwan and the Pakistan right-hander is quickly onto it and belts it over the leg side for four.
Here is the wicket of Babar Azam - important in any game. He mistimed a pull shot off Colin Ackermann and was caught at mid-wicket...

Rizwan will be the player making the Dutch players nervous.
Lovely punch down the ground from Saud Shakeel this time, it's pulled back just before the boundary but that's a very nice shot from the left-hander.
A bit of momentum for Pakistan. Although the last time I said something along those lines, they lost two wickets in the next two overs.

Pakistan won't be panicking. They will just look to be busy and consolidate a bit, but the way Rizwan has started here is positive.
He looks like he means business and he's trying to put the pressure back on the bowlers.
Super shot down the ground from Mohammad Rizwan, picking the cutter from Paul van Meekeren and drilling the ball back past the bowler.
Rizwan is the one Pakistan batter who has looked comfortable since coming in.

Oh, that was close. If you're the bowler here, you're just begging for something to go your way!
Big missed opportunity!
Saud Shakeel goes back to Aryan Dutt, gets an edge but Vikramjit Singh can't get a hand to it at slip.
That was a catchable chance. The only reason it won't go down as a drop is that Singh didn't even get a fingertip on the ball.
Will that prove to be a costly miss?

As well as the big wickets being taken, Netherlands' fielding has been excellent. They have saved plenty of runs and that has added to the pressure on Pakistan.
How has that missed?!
Aryan Dutt returns, gets sharp spin back in to Mohammad Rizwan and the inside edge whistles millimetres past the stumps and away for four.
Rizwan was back trying to cut but the turn meant he ended up cramped for room and lucky not to depart.

What an amazing start for the Netherlands. Could there be a huge shock on the cards?
