Crickey. If it rains, what would D-L do for NRR. The mind boggles.

  2. Ban 221-9published at 46 overs

    Target 365

Mustafizur Rahman keeps out the last couple from Mark Wood, both of wicket with zeroing in on the stumps.

That means Sam Curran, the only England bowler without a wicket today, will have the chance to change that.

Mark Wood came round the wicket for that ball and I think he's thanked someone for that. That change of angle opened up all three stumps.

I think Shoriful was expecting something around his nose. A full ball and an ugly swipe.

    Nine down, one to go.

Mark Wood attacks from round the wicket. He goes full and straight, Shoriful Islam misses, he hits.

    Stumps splattered.

Mark Wood might be sniffing some rabbit pie here. Dale Steyn used to be very good at that.

  7. Ban 220-8published at 45 overs

Five overs to go and Stephan has just brought me my lunch so things are looking up.

A couple of boundaries in the over for Shoriful Islam.

A chap wearing a 'Butler 63' shirt almost caught that in the crowd, that is at least 20 rows back. That was where the school children were sitting, but they departed some time ago.

Another over down, three runs from it and we did actually have an attacking shot played by Shoriful Islam.

    That's nice.

Sri Lanka end up posting 344-9 from their 50 overs.

Kusal Mendis top-scored with 122, while Sadeera Samarawickrama made his maiden ODI century in adding 108.

They might be slightly disappointed with their total considering they were 229-3 after 30 overs. That means they have only added 115 in the final 20 overs of the innings.

Hassan Ali was the pick of the Pakistan bowlers, taking 4-71. Haris Rauf bowled a brilliant final over, taking two wickets and conceding just one run.
