Wow! Only a mere centimetre or so.
Ravindra Jadeja is so wicket to wicket so you have to back him almost every time. That is a rare miss from him.
Mohammad Rizwan likes the sweep shot but Jadeja is so fast through the air that he is difficult to sweep.
Pak 74-2
Missing leg stump by a whisker!
It was given out very quickly by the umpire but Mohammad Rizwan survives. A good review from the Pakistan wicketkeeper.
So close for India, though. A millimetre straighter and Rizwan was gone.

It is going down the leg side but it only needs to tickle leg stump.

I don't dare say it too loudly but I thought this was missing leg...

Where was he when the ball struck him? That is the only thing that can save him.
Big moment as Mohammad Rizwan is given out lbw after missing with a sweep shot off Ravindra Jadeja.
Given out on the field but reviewed. It looks slightly leg side but it only has to be clipping.
Kuldeep Yadav's spell ends at one over and he's replaced by another left-arm spinner, Ravindra Jadeja.
He starts with a very good ball that rips past Mohammad Rizwan's outside edge.

The squeeze on hotel rooms in Ahmedabad for this game was such that ticket holders have been booking themselves into hospitals for overnight check-ups just so they have a bed to sleep in.
Mohammad Rizwan is the new batter and this is a crucial partnership for Pakistan.
He gets off the mark with a single driven out to the man on the off-side boundary.

That is very well caught. The crowd are all up now. That is the wicket that India wanted - Imam was playing nicely.

KL Rahul has really good hands. It was a lazy shot, he was looking good. His body weight was still on the back foot. It is a big wicket.
Imam c Rahul b Hardik 36 (Pak 73-2)
Edged and gone!
Width again from Hardik Pandya but it's fuller this time.
That tempts Imam-ul-Haq into a loose drive and he nicks it behind to KL Rahul, who takes a good catch going to his left.
Important wicket for India.
Thumped through point for four!
Too short and too wide from Hardik Pandya and Imam-ul-Haq drills it away square.
Babar 15, Imam 32
Another over ends with a boundary as Imam-ul-Haq tickles the ball fine as Kuldeep Yadav strays onto the pads.
Just the deftest of touches from Imam but with this outfield, there is no chance of anyone catching up with that.
Mohammed Siraj has been taken out of the attack but it was a decent first spell from the seamer.
He has taken the only wicket to fall so far, trapping Abdullah Shafique lbw with a ball that stayed low.
We're going to get a first look at spin on this surface as Kuldeep Yadav replaces Mohammed Siraj.

Babar Azam has started nicely.
Babar Azam is quickly onto a short ball from Hardik Pandya and pulls it in front of square for four.
He controlled it well and despite not getting it right out of the middle, it races away on this rapid outfield.
Four more. Short again and this time it's whipped away down to fine leg by Babar. He did time that one.
