England captain Jos Buttler: "We'll bowl first as generally it is a good ground for chasing. We are very forward facing and it's about looking forward to this game now and look to impose ourselves on South Africa. It's going to be a fantastic game.

"The changes in the team are a little bit of health and a little bit ground dependent. We need to be true to ourselves and commit to our brand of cricket.

"Everyone's had a few days off and keen to get going."

To paraphrase the great Bonnie Tyler (younger viewers might have to look that one up..) England need a hero.

That's right. Ben Stokes is back fit-ish again after a hip problem. Can he help to ignite England's World Cup defence after a relatively meek start to the tournament?

We'll find out over the course of today. Welcome to our live text commentary of England vs South Africa from the Wankhede Stadium.
