Ibrahim Zadran has played some lovely shots so far.
Afghanistan are happy to just build at the moment by the look of things as they milk Glenn Maxwell for four singles.
Maxwell has figures of 0-19 from his four overs so far. Teams have generally found him hard to target in this World Cup.

Afghanistan will have wanted to be 50-1 after 10 overs, so they are on track right now.
Pat Cummins continues and just bangs away at a length outside off stump. Just two singles from the over.
It will be interesting to see which Australia bowlers Afghanistan target as the innings progresses. It won't be easy to score quickly against Cummins or Adam Zampa.
Here's how Josh Hazlewood found the breakthrough.

Afghanistan are doing OK, they're hanging on in there. They just need to look at maybe scoring quickly. It's spinning quite a lot for Glenn Maxwell.
Afghanistan have only lost seven wickets in the powerplay in this tournament. That is the fewest of all 10 teams. The Jonathan Trott effect.
Any width and they are straight on it though, with Ibrahim Zadran cutting behind square for another boundary. He's up to 30 off 36 balls and Afghanistan will be eyeing up him batting through the vast majority of this innings now.

Probably the best shot we have seen all day.

That's as good a shot as we have seen all day. Not an easy shot to play and Zadran has crunched that through the covers.
A change at the other end as Pat Cummins brings himself on for Josh Hazlewood. Four overs may be your lot at this time of the day in Mumbai.
Ibrahim Zadran plays a gorgeous back-foot punch to the fence, before he gets a bonus single as Josh Inglis needlessly throws at the stumps and the ricochet allows the run.
Just on that review in the last over, it means Australia have only overturned two of nine decisions they've reviewed in the field in this World Cup. Not a great conversion rate.
Despite the breakthrough Australia opt to continue with the off-spin of Glenn Maxwell and he is again taken for just three.

Gurbaz is not happy with himself, the short ball and he just picks out Starc perfectly. He could have hit that anywhere, it was a little bit edgy. Afghanistan had built a good platform but they have collapsed at times in this tournament. They need to re-build those blocks.
Gurbaz c Starc b Hazlewood 21 (Afg 38-1)
This one is out though.
Having watched Ibrahim Zadran swivel-pull for four earlier in the over, Rahmanullah Gurbaz takes on the shot too.
It is one he generally plays well but he sends this one straight down the throat of Mitchell Starc at deep square leg.
Australia haven't been great in the powerplay but they've got their breakthrough.

That's hit a very baggy and flappy pocket of Ibrahim Zadran.
It's hit the pocket of Ibrahim Zadran's trousers, not the inside edge as Josh Hazlewood cuts him in half.
Australia lose a review.

My first reaction was that it's got to be out, but now I'm thinking there is potentially a thigh pad involved.
Has Josh Hazlewood got Ibrahim Zadran caught behind?
He wasn't interested but Josh Inglis is extremely confident and has convinced Pat Cummins this is worth another look.

Glenn Maxwell bowled that one short but he got quite a bit of turn.
Tidy enough start from Glenn Maxwell, with just three singles coming off his first.
He does get away with a half-tracker, with Ibrahim Zadran only able to pull out to deep square leg.
Interesting. Australia are turning to spin in the powerplay.
Glenn Maxwell is coming on with his off breaks.
