(I'll stop now, honestly)
Just going to briefly interrupt my increasingly elaborate Fast and the Furious revelry to say the rain has stopped in Barbados and we'll be getting back underway at 01:35 GMT, with no overs lost.
Right, where we? Ah yes, number seven, where Jason Statham straddles a super-sopper and drives it out of spaceship for some reason.
Or so I'm told.
Diesel then blows up a golf cart, creating a small crater at square leg.
The rest of the film is just a series of umpire's inspections until the credits are finally allowed to roll long after everyone's left the cinema.
I'm reliably informed that in the sixth F&F outing, Vin Diesel clings one-handed to the rope while he's dragged round the boundary at Chester-le-Street.
Hello - we've got sight of sheeting being gently peeled from the pitch in Bridgetown.
There's also the common sight of a couple of golf buggies driving around the outfield, dragging a rope in their wake.
They seem to be going at quite a pace. I've never seen a Fast and the Furious film, but I imagine these feature at some point? There's what, nine of them? They must do at some point.
No word on any restart yet, so why not take the opportunity for some late night exercise?
Head to the kitchen, really work those cupboards until they're entirely empty of biscuits.
Already suggestion that the rain is easing in Barbados, hopefully it's just a passing shower and we can get back under way soon.
For the record, the West Indies are six runs ahead on DLS so would take a 1-0 lead in this five-match series if there were no further play.
WI 108-4
Oh, what's all this?
It's raining in Barbados and the players are jogging off the pitch. A great plastic sheet is being dragged across the wicket.
Prior to his over being interrupted, Rehan Ahmed saw a Powell edge run away for four through an empty slip. We'd not had a boundary for almost three overs.
70 needed from 48 balls
Captain Rovman Powell comes to the crease with a bit of work to do.
He gets underway by a working a ball round his legs for a single.
Hetmyer c Duckett b Rashid 1 (WI 101-4)
Is this West Indies innings going the same as England's? A fourth wicket falls, as Hetmyer departs early.
And it's a 100th T20 international wicket for Adil Rashid as well in his 100th appearance in this format.
The West Indies all-rounder tries to heave him through mid-wicket but can only find Ben Duckett on the boundary.
Shimron Hetmyer arrives and works his first ball square to get off the mark.
That's the last run from the over, and it was a fine one - the young spinner showing great composure after being whacked for 19 from his first six balls.
Pooran c & b Ahmed 13 (WI 100-3)
That's more like it, Rehan!
He cramps Pooran for room as he tries to work the leggie down the ground. The ball pops up and the 19-year-old dives to his left to take the caught and bowled.
A little wink for Jos Buttler as the captain goes to congratulate his spinner. Cool as you like.
73 needed from 60 balls
That's the halfway stage and the West Indies are well into the second half of their chase.
Just one short of their hundred as the two sides take drinks.
It may be Adil Rashid's 100th T20 international, but Nicholas Pooran is no mood to make it an easy one for him.
The wicketkeeper-batter smacks Rashid down the ground for six, the ball bouncing off the glass window of the media centre.
Jos Buttler unsurprisingly pulls Rehan Ahmed out of the attack for now, with Tymal Mills changing ends for a second over.
Like the first, there's a couple of extras in it among some nicer stuff, before the over closes with Hope top edging over Buttler for four.
Rashid shows all his experience, following up his wicket with five balls that go for just one run, as new batter Nicholas Pooran works a single into the leg side.
Mayers c Brook b Rashid 35 (WI 78-2)
A case of master and the apprentice? Ahmed may have struggled, but Adil Rashid enters the attack in his 100th T20 international and the veteran leggie picks up a wicket with his first ball!
It's Kyle Mayers that departs, trying to send Rashid over the long-on ropes, the ball strikes high on his bat - there's not enough of it and Harry Brook can take the catch on the boundary.
35 from 21 for the West Indies opener, an extremely tidy contribution.
And it's not getting any better.
Too full this time and Hope sends Ahmed high over long off for a third six in this over.
Ooof, punishing start for the young England leggie.
He tries the googly for his first delivery but drops it short - Mayers needs no excuse and lofts him over mid-wicket for six.
He repeats the trick two balls later, driving him sumptuously over the long-on ropes.
A neater over from Sam Curran, just three runs from the over as the West Indies batters can't quite get him away.
That's the end of the powerplay - England were 77-0 at this stage, but they won't be too worried about that.
Now, here comes the man of the moment - Rehan Ahmed has the ball in hand.
