Ferrari are battling in the Constructors' Championship at the moment, they are third at the moment coming into this weekend, they need to score big points.

They do have a chance to close the gap to Red Bull and McLaren.

"They have a very good traction again"

Charles Leclerc is admiring the traction of the Mercedes as George Russell continues to bat away any attacks from the Ferrari driver. It looks like Leclerc will have to settle for fifth today, unless history repeats itself for Russell...

The two drivers reach Turn 17 but the Mercedes of George Russell is not being bothered too much by the Ferrari of Charles Leclerc.

Daniel Ricciardo comes into the pits for another stop and bolts on another set of softs. Is the RB driver going to go out in style and steal the fastest lap away from McLaren?

Leclerc is hounding Russell for fourth place.

That fourth place is still in the possession of George Russell but Charles Leclerc is trying to take it away from the Mercedes man. Lap 59 comes and goes and the two drivers stay in position. Try again, Charles.

I've got a feeling that Leclerc spent most of his tyres getting onto the back of Russell.

Sergio Perez is told not to do anything silly with race leader Lando Norris trying to pass his Red Bull. The Mexican is in 10th place and duly obliges. However, Norris did go a bit deep when lapping the Williams of Franco Colapinto.

The McLaren team radio is red hot. Lando Norris is given vital information to be wary of any backmarkers, as team-mate Oscar Piastri struggled to weave his way through the traffic earlier on.

Norris can take [the oncoming traffic] nice and easy, he's got such a gap, he doesn't even need to really pass them.

Those drivers will get blue flags and they will have to jump out of the way of him.

Nico Hulkenberg is swatting away the attack of the Red Bull of Sergio Perez in P10 but just behind the pair is the Williams of Franco Colapinto in 11th spot, searching for more points to celebrate his short Formula 1 cameo.

The gap between Lando Norris and Max Verstapen is nearly 30 seconds now, so McLaren give a little whisper in the 24-year-old's ear to say just chill out and bring the car home. The fastest lap stopwatch is also still parked by Norris' name.

These last 10 laps are critical in terms on concentration, it is so hot and humid here still.

These are the moments where problems can happen.

The Ferrari pit wall has picked up the phone to Charles Leclerc, but the message is a bit of a mess and the Monegasque driver is not happy. He's in fifth place and his only concern is George Russell in P4, and not race leader Lando Norris.

"Just kissed the wall. Thinking all fine. Rear right."

And now George Russell has "kissed the wall", he tells his pit wall. The rear right seems to have taken the brunt, so he asked his Mercedes crew to take a look.

Lando Norris leads, Max Verstappen is second and Oscar Piastri is sitting in third place.
