We are up and running in the Championship semi-final second leg at the Ipro Stadium.
Jack Rodwell collects his medal - Pablo Zabaleta gets a huge roar. It's a big squad for Richard Scudamore to hand them out to. Joleon Lescott gets a good ovation too, is that his final action in a City shirt?
Tim Sherwood is making his way on a slow, deliberate walk around the White Hart Lane pitch with his family. He's waving to the Spurs fans who have stuck around. Is he waving goodbye?
Kyle Walker is also out on the pitch with his little one, who keeps running away from the injured England right-back. Luckily, Emmanuel Adebayor is on hand to play some games and save the defender from aggravating that pelvic injury.
Manuel Pellegrini has a medal around his neck. It's his first league title in Europe.
Steve, London: Am I the only one that thinks next season will be more unpredictable than this one? Liverpool and Man Utd to strengthen, Man City hit with financial fair play so have to be careful with signings, Mourinho to stamp his style (no not park the bus, look at Chelsea first spell, Inter 2010, Real 2011) and sign world class strikers, Arsenal no doubt will realise their potential with Ramsey after promising first half of season. Who can predict the winner?!
Here comes the trophy, carried out by captains of City's under-11, under-14 and under-18 teams. Premier League chief executive Richard Scudamore is all smiles out there too.
And here come the City players sporting 'Champions 14' shirts.
Former Tottenham striker Garth Crooks on Final Score
"I've seen a maturity in Steven Gerrard that I have not seen before this year. People are saying his legs have gone, that he is no longer the box-to-box player he was, but Brendan Rodgers has adapted him. With the professionalism Gerrard has shown it is magnificent and fitting that he will be leading England at the World Cup. He has been one of the big reasons Liverpool have got so close to winning the title."
West Brom are saving on venue hire. The Baggies are dishing out their end-of-season awards on the pitch at The Hawthorns. The first-team are standing by, kids in tow, while an academy youngster picks up the first award, then Saido Berahino gets the young player of the year gong. No reaction shot of James Morrison sadly.
In a nice touch, members of the City backroom staff are out first to soak up the applause. Everyone plays their part in these wins, from the man who helps Yaya Toure get his gas connected to the man who cleans Sergio Aguero's boots.
Everton manager Roberto Martinez: "It's been a demanding campaign but the players maintained their standards. The team made sure we finished strongly with 15 clean sheets and 72 points. It's been a remarkable season, and it's been really exciting seeing young players growing. The Europa League is the step we need to see how far we can go as a football club.
"Today, Ross Barkley and John Stones just needed a rest."
Former Arsenal defender Martin Keown on Final Score
"The neutral has wanted Liverpool to win the title - because of the Hillsborough anniversary and the style of football they have played. It's possible that all the emotion and occasion of coming close to winning the title all got a bit too much for them. What has happened demonstrates their confidence is a little brittle, but it has been an outstanding season."
The Premier League have just tweeted a picture of the blue and white ribbons being added to the trophy. Joe Hart starts a group dance to Wonderwall as the beers come out in the tunnel. Richard Wright in the mix - League champion Richard Wright...
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger on whether he will still be at the Emirates next season amid reported interest in his services from former side Monaco: "Yes. I wish Monaco well, but there is no interest there.
On potential transfer activity: "If you look at our overall season I think we need to focus first of all on keeping everyone together. It is very early, World Cup transfer markets start after the World Cup usually."
Ahmer Murad:, external Anfield is a fortress again and Liverpool threaten every team we visit. Bring on the Champions League!
Conor Matchett:, external Manchester United's season is finally over and hopefully a new dawn will come with whoever takes us forward. Congratulations to City, the best team won.
Jack Blackburn:, external So, farewell Premier League. A fantastic season in every twist and turn. You'll be missed.
Danny Mills
at Etihad Stadium for BBC Radio 5 live
"The next step for Manchester City is Champions League success, but as we know that is so, so difficult to win. But if City remain dominant domestically then you'd expect the Champions League to follow, just like it did for Chelsea."

Former Leicester City midfielder Robbie Savage on Final Score
"Huge credit goes to Brendan Rodgers. Yes Liverpool have had no European football but the way he has improved players like Coutinho, Sterling, Sturridge, Henderson - who has massively improved - has been impressive.
"People say it was their best chance to win the league but they are in the Champions League now and can add to the squad and keep their attacking players. Staying was a good thing for Suarez and so maybe they could resist a bid from Real Madrid for example. Buy three or four quality players and they can challenge again."
A huge roar as the final league table is displayed on the big screen - with Manchester United highlighted down in seventh.
Time for more royalties for Brian May and co as 'We are the Champions' hits the airwaves.
Meanwhile, at Anfield, Brendan Rodgers is on a one-man lap of honour. Clapping every member of the Anfield crowd. Even the away end join in.
What a year for him.
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho on the future of Fernando Torres: "Yes he's in my plans (for next season). He's a good player. He's not the kind of guy who will score goal after goal but the way he works and moves he contributes to the team. He's a player I like."
Blue Moon and now Hey Jude - it's party anthem time at the Etihad. Patrick Viera looks a happy man in the stands. City are the champions despite only topping the league for 15 days all season.
It's not how long, it's when, that counts...
