Leyton Orient on Twitter:, external The lads go through their final warm ups in front of the magnificent Orient support.
Promoted last season from League Two, Rotherham hit form in the latter half of the season as they embarked on a 16-match unbeaten run to cement themselves inside the play-off places.
Their form tailed off towards the end of the campaign as they won just two of their last six league matches, but they secured their place in the final by beating Preston 3-1 in the second leg of their play-off semi-final, after drawing 1-1 in the first leg.
Rotherham manager Steve Evans, speaking to Sky Sports: "I am extremely proud. This is the home of football. We are expecting a good reaction, we have some experience but we also have youth and energy. I have spoken to some good managers, Paul Inces, Billy Davies, to get some thoughts ahead of today.
"We are confident, we are focused but we know we have to prove that on the pitch rather than talking about it."
Morley Road supporters: 1973 was the last game I attended in Leyton and I can still taste the Bovril and liquorice chewing gum. Come on the O's.
This is not the only big play-off game today.
Scottish Premiership club Hibernian face Championship side Hamilton at 15:30 BST - the winners of that two-legged tie are in next season's top flight. Hibs won the first leg 2-0.
There is live text on that match on the BBC Scottish Football index.
It is around 20 minutes until kick off and if you fancy some light reading before then there are few bits and pieces on the BBC Sport website for you to have a little gander at.
You can find out more about the young winger playing a leading role in Leyton Orient's bid to end a 32-year wait for second-tier football, or Orient chairman Barry Hearn's thoughts on manager Russell Slade. Rotherham boss Steve Evans also speaks to BBC Radio Sheffield and gives his views on today's game.
If you do pop off for a read, remember to come back here for kick off.
Travis Purnell:, external Come on Rotherham. It was the Auto Windscreens in 1996 and everything crossed for the Championship arrival in 2014.
James Blackwell, external: [on pre-match superstitions] I always opted for right boot first. That must be the reason why Jamie Jones is a pro and I didn't make it past Sunday League.
BBC Sport's Rob Stevens at Wembley: "Didn't expect to see these two in the programme, big Rotherham United fans."
Those of a certain age will be delighted to know that there are two important Rotherham fans at Wembley today. Yep, that's right, children's TV comedy luminaries The Chuckle Brothers are in attendance, and looking very dapper I might say too, wearing suits and red and white ties.
Surely they are the pantheon of celebrity fans of football teams?
Leyton Orient manager Russell Slade, speaking to Sky Sports: "The players are nice and relaxed they are enjoying the preparation time, but that could all change when they head out there.
"You never know how they handle the occasion until we kick off but I have confidence in them, I believe in them, it is important we stay in control and stay disciplined.
"The most important step is that extra step, that one percent that might make the difference today."
Leyton Orient on Twitter:, external The lads are warming up in the sun and both sets of fans are steadily filling Wembley. Half an hour until kick-off.
It is not that long ago that Leyton Orient were sitting pretty at the top of League One after a storming start to the season, winning their first eight league games.
Ultimately, and perhaps not surprisingly for a club of their size, they could not maintain that form throughout the campaign and stuttered towards the finish line, winning just two games in March and April.
However, they have won three of their last four games, including the decisive 2-1 victory at home to Peterborough in the second leg of their play-off semi final.
Leyton Orient: Jones, Cuthbert, Baudry, Clarke, Omozusi, Odubajo, Vincelot, James, Cox, Lisbie, Mooney. Subs: Sawyer, Larkins, Batt, Bartley, Dagnall, Lundstram, Simpson.
Rotherham: Collin, Tavernier, Morgan, Arnason, Skarz, Agard, Frecklington, Smallwood, Pringle, Thomas, Revell. Subs: Shearer, Brindley, Davis, O'Connor, Milsom, Vuckic, Hitchcock.
Referee: David Coote (Nottinghamshire)
Leyton Orient chairman Barry Hearn, speaking to Sky Sports: "I have been to tens of thousands of sporting events but there is something about watching your team, in a final, in the capital of your country. I keep pinching myself, I don't want it to end.
"The Football League is real football. This is the heart and soul of football. Small clubs up and down the country will look at us and say one day that will be us. This gives us our day in the sun. If it doesn't happen then we go again next year but we will enjoy this."
Leyton Orient on Twitter:, external The Orient end today.
Superstitions and bizarre pre-match rituals, something I am sure most fans and footballers have. Orient goalkeeper Jamie Jones, who starts today, is no different as he prepares for every game by putting left-sided items on first - left shinpad, left glove, left strapping. He even goes to the first toilet on the left on the day of game!
Do you have any curious superstitions or rituals that have to be carried out before a crucial match such as a play-off final? Or even rituals you perform before every game. Whatever is it I want to read about it, so tweet them via #bbcfootball,, external text us on 81111 (UK only) and let us know via the BBC Sport Facebook., external

So, it's same as you were for both Leyton Orient and Rotherham. Unsurprisingly, both teams stick with the same starting line-ups that saw them progress to Wembley.
Orient winger Dean Cox is declared fit after coming off with a groin problem during the semi-final win over Peterborough while Rotherham defender Richard Brindley returns to the substitutes bench after recovering from a hamstring injury.
