Three minutes...
Can Celtic go one better than Spurs and hold on?
Cool as a cucumber. Demba Ba gives Hugo Lloris the eyes, pauses in his approach to the ball, sort of bends his knees a little and rolls the ball into the far corner.
The flares are lit in the away section and there are a few Spurs fans heading down the gangways.
An awful handball from Vlad Chriches, who seems to have a major brainfade in the box.
Besiktas might be running out of a little steam and belief. Centre-back Pedro Franco takes on an ambitious 30-yarder and it is well over the top.
Jason Denayer booked for a late challenge, fairly wide and not far outside the Celtic box. Marcelo Brozovic delivers the ball but there is no way past Craig Gordon.
Alexandar Tonev off, Jo Inge Berget, beard and all, is on.
This is the first time I have noticed it, but I think there is a banner at White Hart Lane commemorating the formation of Tottenham's LGB&T fan group earlier this year., external
Kerim Koyunlu, the footballer formerly known as Fulham's Karim Frei, is on in place of Gokhan Tore. Can he find a leveller against the Cottagers' London rivals?
Ten minutes left at White Hart Lane. The Celtic hardcore are a little closer to victory, jumping and dancing at Parkhead.
Virgil van Dijk starts off a move that peters out. Surely one of the best names in British football.
A poor throw from Eduardo gifts the ball to Anthony Stokes, who sees the keeper of his line and tries to chip him but there is a little too much purchase on the ball and it floats over the Zagreb bar.
Neil Knighton:, external Outstanding again by Lloris. He's keeping us in this.
Jamie Thompson:, external Lloris is truly amazing. Easily the best in the league for me, and I support Arsenal.
Nick Weetch:, external This is an absolutely shocking performance by the ref tonight at White Hart Lane. Besiktas are playing with an extra man.
Bill in Kent: Spurs website said on police advisement they stopped selling tickets for the game.
Bill is correct, on Wednesday evening the Tottenham website, external told fans tickets were no longer on sale, saying: "Following discussions with the Police and Local Authority, ticket sales for Thursday evening's Europa League match against Besiktas have now been closed."
Roberto Soldado, with the sort of sad eyes that could launch a thousand charity appeals, trudges to the sidelines. Emmanuel Adebayor meets him there, slapping palms and then charging into the fray to replace the Spaniard.

"Once again, awful Spurs defending. Demba Ba's first touch was brilliant and his shot might have skimmed the underside of the bar and gone in, were it not for a brilliant fingertip save from Hugo Lloris. The Tottenham keeper has kept his side in this game... by about five goals!"
Ba! Over the bar!
Besiktas's Demba Ba should do better after a lovely sky-hook piece of control plucks the ball out of the night air, but his stabbed shot is deflected over by the bravely-spreadeagled Hugo Lloris.
Chaos in the Zagreb box, all caused by a whipped-in free-kick from Anthony Stokes. The ball ends up heading goalwards - possibly off Josip Simunic - but Eduardo makes the save.
Leigh Griffiths on for Mubarak Wakaso.
Emmanuel Adebayor is being taking through some laminated instructions on the sidelines as he peels off his trackie top. We could see the Tottenham striker on the baize soon.
Slaven Bilic makes his second tweak, throwing striker Mustafa Pektemek into the mix at the expense of Olcay Sahan. The new man nods over the top from a corner with his very first touch.

"That was possibly Spurs' best opening of the game. And this match has really opened up, with Besiktas chasing the equaliser but leaving spaces for Tottenham. And the crowd have really woken up. We could se a really great last 20 minutes."
Tottenham thread together a slick passing move, culminating in Ben Davies getting his head up to pull the ball back to Harry Kane on the edge of the box. The Tottenham striker controls with his first touch, lashes a low shot with his second and is only denied by a smart save from Tolga Zengin.
This game is boiling up into an entertaining last 20 minutes. Tempers are beginning to fray and defences are beginning to tire on both sides.
