Handball! He's got away with one there. Craig Dawson heads on a corner and it strikes the outstretched hand of Emmanuel Adebayor, West Brom appeal but get nothing. Unlucky for the Albion.

Matthew Penistone:, external Man United may look good going forward but if David Nugent is making them look like mugs at the back what will Sergio Aguero and Diego Costa do to them?

Calum Cowe:, external United ain't gonna be winning the title but they are going to be worth a watch this season... Goals at both ends of the park.

Daniel:, external Football is about outscoring the opposition. Get scoring first, then form a solid defence later. Priorities.

  4. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 13:59 British Summer Time 21 September 2014

Jonny Evans is crocked. I didn't see how he picked the problem up but it's a quick signal to the bench, he's done for the day. Chris Smallig takes his place.

Radamel Falcao, fresh from claiming his first assist in a league game for over two years, has a shot blocked on the spin before Daley Blind volleys the loose ball at Kasper Schmeichel. Great entertainment in store with this Manchester United side I reckon.

Henry:, external I can watch Angel Di Maria play all day long. Thanks Man United for bringing him to the Premier League, he's a delight to watch. What a goal.

Dave W:, external As usual Jonny Evans marking no-one and tiny Rafael marking the centre forward! The whole world knows United's defence are terrible at headers.

Harry Pannell:, external Leonardo Ulloa is proving to be as good a buy for Leicester as Diego Costa is for Chelsea.

Tottenham are being kept honest by West Brom so far, the visitors have made a very decent opening.

"Any time either side gets the ball they want to attack. It has been a lively, enjoyable game. But Tottenham have not had any finish to their game, and that has got to improve otherwise all of their good build-up play is pointless."

Was the ball out when Jamie Vardy crossed in for that Leicester equaliser? Nobody can be 100% sure, but it was very, very close.

You can't knock Leo Ulloa's scoring record though. That's four goals for the Foxes already. Three of those goals this season have come within two minutes of the opposition scoring.

Chris Clarke:, external Well that sums up Man United in a minute. Got the class to score that second goal but not switched on and organised enough.

It's not a bad game at White Hart Lane either, West Brom have set up fairly attacking and are having a real go.

Sensational cross from Jamie Vardy down the right side and an even better header from Leonardo Ulloa, whose cracking connection 10 yards from goal leaves David De Gea leaden footed, a mere spectator.

What a goal! Karel Poborsky eat your heart out!

£60m buys you a pretty decent player by all accounts, and Angel Di Maria's second goal in the Premier League is an absolute peach. He starts the move with a powerful run in midfield and exchanges passes with Wayne Rooney, before lifting the ball cleverly over the head of Kasper Schmeichel. Lofted to perfection. Just like Poborsky in Euro 96...

"It is a little bit end-to-end but preferring Tottenham. Joleon Lescott just had to make a first class clearance to deny Emmanuel Adebayor. This has been a good game because both sides are looking to attack. Mauricio Pochettino has been up and down and up and down off the Spurs bench. He must be exhausted at the end of 90 minutes."

  18. CLOSE!published at 13:45 British Summer Time 21 September 2014

West Brom's Joleon Lescott is inadvertently denied scoring on his club debut by team-mate Craig Dawson, when his hooked shot from a corner bounces off his fellow defender's head. Moments later, Craig Gardner smashes a low shot towards goal that Spurs keeper Hugo Lloris does well to keep out.

Leicester have rallied to come from behind against both Everton and Arsenal already this season, and straight away Jamie Vardy flashes a dangerous ball across the area. They won't be shocked by that early United goal.
