QPR defender Steven Caulker was replaced at half-time with a suspected broken hand. Ouch.

We are back under way across the Premier League.
It is all going wrong for Shrewsbury. They need to win to have a chance of winning the League Two title. But the Shrews are 2-0 behind to Plymouth, who are closing in on a play-off place. Kelvin Mellor has doubled the Pilgrims' lead. It comes after Bobby Reid (pictured) had opened the scoring.
Stevenage, with super-veteran goalkeeper Dave Beasant among the substitutes, are 2-0 down at Luton. Time for the 56-year-old then to come off the bench in the second half? What's the worst that could happen?

The big winners in the fight for survival so far today are Leicester - who beat Newcastle - and Aston Villa - who lead Everton 2-0.
Burnley and QPR are in danger of being cast adrift, while Sunderland desperately need a winner against Southampton to close their gap to safety to one point.
The Clarets are eight points off safety, with just three more games to come after this...
Munch Veevers: In what world, nay, dimension, was that a red card for Michael Duff? Burnley really are the unluckiest team in the Premier League.
Matthew Willingham: Benteke- what a striker. Villa will do well to keep hold of him over the summer.
CloseToGhost: I like this Liverpool team. We should keep Lambert. Lose Johnson. Fix Lovren? Build team around Coutinho!
Paul Collins: That's why Sunderland are going down. Score in 21st, conceded an equaliser in 22nd. Soft.

Leicester boss Nigel Pearson was asked by BT about his falling-out with a journalist this week.
He said: "I'm big enough to admit when I make mistakes but that's not to say I'll back down when I think people have issues. The book is closed on that."
Is John Carver suggesting that Mike Williamson was sent-off on purpose? Strong stuff...

"When you're in a position like Newcastle are in you have to stick together, but John Carver is digging players out. There was a lack of desire, granted, but he is out of his depth at the moment, Carver. It's not just about demanding the effort. He needs guidance on how to behave because he is taking players apart. Just don't say it. If he was an experienced head, a long-term manager, he wouldn't do that."
Newcastle United boss John Carver: "On a scale of one to 10, it's a minus 10. I can't accept it. I wish the players had as much determination and fight as I had. We can talk about systems and players but if we're not willing to compete, get your head onto the ball and risk getting an injury, you won't get anywhere.
"The referee made the right decisions. I spoke to Mike Williamson at half-time and had a few choice words. I thought he'd done that [got sent off] on purpose - it looks like he did. The ball was off the pitch - he had no need to make the challenge. He will miss two games now, is it an easy way out? I got Tim Krul to speak to Daryl Janmaat, I told him to stay calm and he didn't. The game had gone away from us. We can't keep shooting ourselves in the foot.
"We can't just keep saying next week will do - it has to happen now. Losing two players doesn't help. The next 24 hours is thinking time - we have to see who is available. We need to find a solution. I can talk all day and make excuses but I have no excuses today.
"It was a very animated dressing room at half time and even more so at full-time. I've asked everyone to have a think and we'll have an open discussion on Monday - it'll be interesting. "
Newcastle were woeful in the early kick-off - stand by for some strong reaction from manager John Carver.

"QPR have had a go but in all fairness it is the correct result that Liverpool go in at half-time ahead. It was a brilliant goal by Coutinho and good vision by Rickie Lambert. QPR have threatened and thrown bodies forward but Liverpool could have been two or three up by now."
Dave Beasant! Get him on. Has to happen...
Wycombe keep their hopes of promotion to League One alive. Goals from Aaron Holloway and Paul Hayes goal have put Wycombe 2-0 up at Northampton, although they need Southend, who are currently drawing 1-1 at Morecambe, to lose.
Hartlepool have had a miserable season and may only avoid relegation to the Conference by one point. They are getting a hammering at Carlisle as goals from Kyle Dempsey, Steven Rigg and Jason Kennedy have put the hosts 3-0 up.
Some great team news from Stevenage in their game at Luton. They have named 56-year-old goalkeeper Dave Beasant as one of the substitutes. Don't just leave him on the bench. Bring him on!
This was Beasant's best moment of his career, when he saved a penalty as Wimbledon beat Liverpool 1-0 to win the 1988 FA Cup final. Nearly twenty-seven years ago.
Sunderland are ending the half strongly. Seb Larsson's 20-yard free kick beats the wall but it is parried away by goalkeeper Kelvin Davis.

Final Score
"What Tim Sherwood has done to transform individuals at Aston Villa has been better than anything done by any other manager I have seen all season. Grealish, Delph, Benteke, Vlaar. Christian Benteke is the shining light and he just keeps scoring. He has done it brilliantly."
