So then, who do you fancy for this? Both goalkeepers have a story.

Dan Bentley's own goal looked as though it would keep Southend in League Two.

Alex Lynch in nets for Wycombe is making his third senior start in the Football League.

Well these play-offs never fail to deliver drama. It took 122 minutes, but Joe Pigott's equaliser has taken us to penalties.

There are Southend fans running back down Wembley Way, seemingly trying to get back into the stadium for the shootout.

A lesson to you all - never leave a game early.

SOUTHEND EQUALISE! Myles Weston puts in a peach of a cross, a superb knockdown to Joe Pigott, and the substitute fires in from 12 yards. Phil Brown is punching the air, Southend delighted, Wycombe dejected, penalties imminent.

Was that Southend's chance? It was only a half-chance for Joe Pigott, who heads wide at the near post. Not long left now. Two added minutes, to be precise.

Southend are desperate now. Only one minute and injury time remains.

I expect we'll hear something from Phil Brown on that penalty appeal that was turned down in the second half if the Shrimpers are beaten here.

Remember John Barnes in the Maracana in 1984? Wycombe's Aaron Holloway almost replicates that - albeit looking a little more leggy than Barnes did against Brazil. Despite support alongside him, Holloway runs into the last defender and Ben Coker slides the ball clear.

Wycombe get a booking for time-wasting. There's a surprise with them leading 1-0 with six minutes to go. Sam Wood sees yellow.

Southend's Ryan Leonard follows him into the book for dissent.

  20. Postpublished at 20:00 British Summer Time 23 May 2015

That's an opportunity wasted for Southend, who work the ball into Barry Corr in the box, but the big striker's lay-off to Jack Payne is overhit and then Ryan Leonard gives away a free-kick in his desperation to win the ball back.
