BBC Radio 5 live at the Etihad Stadium

"With the Manchester City team selection I think manager Manuel Pellegrini is probably trying to second guess what kind of system Juventus are going to play.

"The players he's chosen have done well for him so far, and they've all got the ability to adapt and change things if necessary.

"But the biggest positive about City's form for me this season? Yaya Toure and Vincent Kompany are back."

Replacing Tevez's goals and influence is a tough ask.

First, a troubling transfer window which has left the club in need of some serious remodelling.

Out have gone key players Carlos Tevez (Boca), Andrea Pirlo (New York City) and Arturo Vidal (Bayern Munich). Arguably Juve's three best players.

In have come the experienced Sami Khedira and Mario Mandzukic and the exciting Paulo Dybala, but like any Old Lady undergoing major work, the cracks are showing.
