Thunderstorm in Kos in Greece trying to get updates of the United game with the worlds worst mobile signal, taken 24 mins to load up BBC sport live update to find united behind, bad times !

Question: Why have English teams begun to struggle so much in Europe? Answer: Loss of British identity (I.e. Foreign managers choosing fewer home grown players resulting in a lack of heart, history and pride. It's blindingly obvious to me.

    Pat Nevin
BBC Radio 5 live sports extra at Etihad Stadium

"I think Manuel Pellegrini will be very concerned but also incredibly relieved. It could easily have been two, three or four to Sevilla. The ease at which their defence has been destroyed has been stunning. They need to change something. Their full-backs have been shredded."

Adrian Gildernew: Looks like another exciting/nervous night in Europe for the Manchester sides, united looking very vulnerable.

Andy Knowles: Far too open against a good Sevilla side. Another man needed in midfield and push Yaya further forward.

Ahmet: The time is FAST approaching for LvG out as this #MUFC, external is NOT progressing Ancellotti is needed I think!!

Half-time in the game between PSG and Real Madrid. The possession stats suggest it has been very even but Real have dominated in terms of chances - 11 attempts with four on target, compared to one on target for PSG.

Quite a game at the moment, and quite an atmosphere too. The Sevilla fans have not stopped chanting since their goal but the home supporters responded as soon as their team did. Most people in the stadium are wondering when they can next take a breath.

It is fair to say that Sevilla goal had been coming. City have been wide open again at the back tonight, especially down the left flank where it originated from.

As for City's equaliser, Wilfried Bony might not end up being credited with his first Champions League goal but I don't think he will care too much.

Liam Kennedy: City still getting battered despite equalising. Navas and Sterling's mindless pace not as much of a threat in Champs league.

FK: Manchester Clubs mirroring each other yet again. Bad advert for the EPL by the English clubs.

Dive? Raheem Sterling charges into the penalty area at full pace and hurdles a sliding challenge - he wants a penalty but referee Bas Nijhuis tells him to get up. No booking.

    Man City 1-1 Sevilla

There has been a suggestion from Radio 5 live's Pat Nevin that Sevilla's goal might not have been offside after all because Eliaquim Mangala slipped in the build up to the goal and was playing Kevin Gameiro on-side.

    Man City 1-1 Sevilla

Sevilla should be ahead! Rubbish defending from Eliaquim Mangala, getting his angles all wrong and heading the ball straight to a red shirt when there was no real danger! The ball is fired in and Kevin Gameiro has a free header just six yards out - but he puts it well over.

A strange change. Vasili Berezutski must have to get home for his tea as he comes off after 40 minutes, with brother Aleksei taking his place for CSKA.

Jeremiah Kariuki: CSKA Moscow bus fully packed and parked. But very quick out of the blocks for the counters

David Broome: Apart from Martial every Utd player looks incapable of taking their man let alone beating them, predictably square and back pass.

Chelsea Warrior: Van Gaal must be worried ahead of Mancunian derby if CSKA can put his team to the test like this

There's every chance that that goal will be credited as an own goal, but it was all down to Yaya Toure. When he turns it on he is outstanding.
