Cristiano Ronaldo? Check. Zlatan Ibrahimovic? Check

Our main focus may be on the two Premier League teams in action tonight, but there is a very tasty tie elsewhere in Europe - PSG v Real Madrid.

Both sides are level on six points in Group A, and with Malmo and Shakhtar Donetsk pointless, either side can take a big step towards qualification with victory tonight.

Elsewhere, Wolfsburg host PSV in Group B. The two sides, along with Manchester United and CSKA Moscow are level on three points.

In Group C, leaders Benfica are at Galatasaray with 2013-14 runners-up Atletico Madrid hosting FC Astana.

Finally, Juventus can strengthen their place at the top of Group D by beating Borussia Monchengladbach, who are still waiting for their first point in this year's Champions League.

    Your biggest achievements

Today has - as you'll no doubt know - been Back To The Future day, the day in which Messrs McFly and Brown arrive in the future from 1985.

It has also been the day which has proved that no matter how much you thought you enjoyed a film, you can go off it with enough social media buy-in.

For today's Get Involved I'm taking you further back in time to the story of Sevilla FC's unlikely foundation. A group of Scottish workers out in the city celebrating Burns Night in 1890 got together and 'After a deal of talk and a limited consumption of small beer, the “Club de Football de Sevilla” was duly formed.'

Brilliant. Nowadays you'd need forms, some sort of health and safety assessment, a CRB check...

Just some ordinary chaps on a night out and next thing you know we have a huge sporting team which has stood the test of time.

So what is your biggest achievement in sport? What have you ever done to get your name in the annals, at whatever level? Yeah, you!

Ever started anything? Hold any records? Been the best at something? The worst? Ever thrown a kettle over a pub? That counts as a sport as far as I'm concerned.

  6. Missing Kompany?published at 19:01 British Summer Time 21 October 2015

Man City v Sevilla (19:45 BST)

    Chris Bevan
    BBC Sport at Etihad Stadium

A big decision by Manuel Pellegrini to leave Vincent Kompany on the bench - Manchester City are used to having to cope without their captain thanks to his troublesome calf muscle but, despite heavy investment in their defence, it seems they are missing him more than ever.

Before he was injured during their last home Champions League game, a defeat by Juventus on 15 September, City had only conceded one goal in the 525 minutes Kompany had played this season, and it came five minutes before he limped off.

Without him, they have not kept a clean sheet and have conceded 11 in the last 555 minutes. They might have put 11 goals past Newcastle and Bournemouth but Eliaquim Mangala and Nicolas Otamendi did not look comfortable against that calibre of opposition, which surely gives hope to Sevilla.

Man City XI: Hart, Zabaleta, Otamendi, Mangala, Sagna, Toure, Fernandinho, Navas, De Bruyne, Sterling, Bony.

Sevilla: Rico, Tremoulinas, Rami, Krychowiak, Kolodziejczak, Iborra, Gameiro, Banega, Vitolo, Konoplyanka, Coke.

I never wanted you anyway, really.

I once spent about four close seasons trying to sign CSKA Moscow keeper Igor Akinfeev for my team in a well-known football management computer game. One of the more frustrating ways I have wasted large chunks of my life if we're being honest.

But maybe the joke's on you Igor, and your fictionally high wage demands and ludicrous lack of interest in coming to play in England!

For Akinfeev has conceded a goal in each of his last 33 Champions League appearances, qualifying included. His last clean sheet in the competition came when CSKA drew 0-0 at Arsenal on 1 November 2006.

    Rubbish!

"If it ends up 10-9 to us, that will be fine. We have a team with plenty of experience. We have played a lot of games against big clubs – some have gone well, some a little worse – so we're ready."

No Gareth Bale for Real Madrid as the Wales international sits out the PSG clash with a calf injury.

Cristiano Ronaldo does start however, and will be up against Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who is in the PSG line-up. He starts in the centre of a front three that also includes Edinson Cavani and former Real Madrid and Man Utd winger Angel Di Maria.

Neither PSG or Real have conceded a goal in this season's Champions League. Surely that will change tonight?

  10. Is this a fortress?published at 18:50 British Summer Time 21 October 2015

Man City v Sevilla (19:45 BST)

    Chris Bevan
    BBC Sport at Etihad Stadium

From the outside, Etihad Stadium looks imposing enough tonight - a giant beacon illuminating the drizzle in the darkening Manchester sky - but there is no way you could describe it as a fortress in Champions League terms.

From 15 attempts they have paltry five wins, but even fewer of those successes could be described as comfortable.

Two came thanks to injury-time winners (against Villarreal in 2011 and Bayern Munich in 2014) and another with two goals in the last 12 minutes (against Viktoria Plzen in 2013).

Only two of their victories came after City held a half-time lead – the first against a shadow Munich side who were already guaranteed group winners in 2011.The other is the only occasion City have managed a straightforward home win against full-strength opposition – November 2013, when they beat CSKA Moscow 5-2.

City were 3-0 up after 30 minutes that night – what would Manuel Pellegrini give for his current side to repeat that feat and, for once, spare their supporters some shredded nerves.

    Steve Evans: Steve Evans

Steve Evans, former Rotherham boss and lover of talking in the third person, takes charge of Leeds for the first time since he replaced Uwe Rosler against Fulham tonight

The 52-year-old is the sixth manager to work under Massimo Cellino since the Leeds owner arrived in April last year.

"Steve Evans doesn’t lie in bed and dream," said Steve Evans. "I’m a realist. Everyone’s aware of the head coaches that have been here and left. But I have to believe in myself. How can you fear being sacked at Leeds United?”

That game is arguably the one to watch in the Championship, but elsewhere Derby could move up to third if they win at Blackburn while Brentford bid for a second win in five games when they travel to Wolves.

The only other action in the Football League tonight sees Exeter host Cambridge United in League Two.

    Manchester United

So Manchester United winger Jesse Lingard replaces Juan Mata to make his first start since the beginning of last season, having been on loan at Derby. It's his Champions League debut.

Antonio Valencia is in for Matteo Darmian at right-back. The Ecuadorian scored the last time these two teams met, in a 1-0 win in Moscow exactly six years ago.

CSKA Moscow also make two changes with Vasili Berezutski replacing brother Aleksei, while Alan Dzagoev is in for Kirill Panchenko. Seydou Doumbia starts, having scored seven in seven for club and country, and former Manchester United player Zoran Tosic is also in the side.

CSKA Moscow: Akinfeev, Fernandes, Ignashevich, Vasili Berezutski, Schennikov, Wernbloom, Zoran Tošić, Dzagoev, Eremenko, Musa, Doumbia

Man Utd XI: De Gea, Valencia, Smalling, Jones, Rojo, Schweinsteiger, Schneiderlin, Lingard, Herrera, Martial, Rooney.

Sevilla have never won a game in England and have won just twice in La Liga so far this season.

But given City's injury worries and their problems putting teams away at home in Europe, boss Manuel Pellegrini was in cautious mood earlier this week.

"Maybe everyone thought Sevilla would be better," said Pellegrini. "I'm sure we'll see them qualify for the next Champions League."

In Europe though the boys in blue have tended to find life much tougher. City have won just five out of 15 games at home in the Champions League - meaning the visit of Sevilla is by no means a banker...

If you need any more evidence that football is a cosmopolitan game these days, you can get it by hanging around outside a rather damp Etihad Stadium tonight.

I was looking for Sevilla fans but it seems they are all still in town. Instead I found Christian Breschigliaro, who has Italian heritage and is from Brazil but lives in London and supports Manchester City.

This is his first trip of the season to watch City. Is he confident? "Yes, of course - we will win."
