Ooh! Danny Rose with an effort - Roberto Carlos-esque - from the angle, but it flashes wide.

Into the last 10 minutes, can Spurs get a third? Will Qarabag draw level?

Adam Hodge:  My dad keeps making Son jokes. I can't stand them. I guess we're proving wrong the saying, "like father, like Son" Doh!

Scott Newson:  Forget Lokomotiv Moscow, surely Molde beating Fenerbahce 3-1 in Turkey is the result of the night?

Double change for Qarabag, last throw of the dice. Dani Quintana and Afran Ismayilov off, Alharbi El Jadeyaoui and former Birmingham man Michel enter the fray.

Not much for Harry Kane to feed off so far. This will make it six club games without a goal. A barren run. Not good for the old goals to games ratio.

It's still finely poised. We have to respect the opponents and their passing play. Tottenham must not get caught out and get done by the sucker-punch.

    Tottenham 2-1 Qarabag

Spurs make their last change. Eric Dier comes off and Harry Winks comes on. He is 19-year-old, but looks about 12.

Eric Dier back into the action, and goes for a curler from outside the box, but Ibrahim Sehic is well behind it and gathers. 15 minutes left. Can Qarabag find an equaliser?

Stoppage in play after Eric Dier goes down in an attempt to tackle Samuel Armenteros.

Back under way. Qarabag goalkeeper Ibrahim Sehic off on a run again. Go on lad!

Aritz Aduriz's header for Athletic Bilbao  has made it 1-1 against Augsburg in the Group L match.

In the group's other game, Serbian side  Partizan lead AZ Alkmaar 2-1.

Lokomotiv Moscow are set for the result of the night - they are winning 3-1 at Sporting Lisbon in Group H. Aleksandr Samedov has scored twice.

Like I said, Qarabag are still in this. Ansi Agolli's cross is headed goalwards by Dani Quintana, but it's easy for Hugo Lloris. 20 minutes to go.

Harry Kane has to wait as the ball is kept alive. Dele Alli has had an impressive game and earns a free-kick in a dangerous position.

Loving the goalkeeping of Qarabag's Ibrahim Sehic. I think he's been taught at the 'Rene Higuita School of Keeping'.

He needs no encouragement to come out and meet a ball that's been pumped forward. Very confident, very decisive. Same with his kicking, he knows exactly where he's putting that ball before it even arrives to him.

Any Premier League scouts in tonight?

The interesting thing looking forward to Sunday is who will be selected against the speed merchants of Crystal Palace.

Tottenham play sixth-place Palace at White Hart Lane at 13:30 BST on Sunday.
