Dead atmosphere inside White Hart Lane. Spurs lead but the home fans are finding nothing to cheer about. They'll be tucking in to their half-time sarnies in around four minutes.

My word. What a let off this is!

Danny Rose doesn't look what is behind him, attempting to chest the ball back to Hugo Lloris, but Afran Ismayilov nips in.

The Azerbaijani midfielder is through on goal, but lofts an effort wide of goal.

Tobes!! Free header from around eight-yards out for Belgian Toby Alderweireld, but he can't get it on target. Should have scored there. 36 minutes played.

No flag again from the linesman as Dele Alli is put through by Andros Townsend, but his effort is blocked well by goalkeeper Ibrahim Sehic. The away side's bright start has disappeared.

Dele Alli might have been offside in the lead up to that goal, Qarabag may feel hard done by. Anyway, the away side are now behind and could ship some more. Son Heung-min is on a hat-trick.

    Quote Message

The first goal was a real scruffy finish. Spurs supporters won't complain. The defender was daydreaming. It was a real good finish by Son. Then for the second, Dele Alli take a bow. Word out of the club is that they could have a superstar on their hands. Another good finish from Son.

    Son Heung-min (29 mins)

    Like London buses.

This is a brilliant goal. Son Heung-min starts and finishes this move. He plays in youngster Dele Alli, whose smart turn leaves the Qarabag defender on his backside, before feeding Son who tucks home with ease. Wonderful stuff.

    Son Heung-min (27 mins)

Delight for Spurs, despair for Qarabag.

Andros Townsend whips in a dangerous low corner, and Son Heung-min is free, FREE inside the six-yard box and the South Korean makes no mistake. Was harder to miss from there, in all honesty. Game on!

Vinay Patel:  Pochettino clearly underestimated Qarabag by benching Kane! Even though he's not in form, he's their best chance of scoring!

    Tottenham 0-1 Qarabag

Tottenham's spell of pressure gets the White Hart Lane crowd a little excited. Danny Rose attempts to hook in from inside the six-yard box, but Badavi Huseynov is on hand to clear.

South Korean Son Heung-min with a shot from the edge of the area but drags it wide. He had space, he had time but can't get his effort on goal. Should have made Ibrahim Sehic work, at the very least.

Erik Lamela looking to get on the ball and control this game. All well doing it against a Qarabag, can you produce it in the Premier League though?

Qarabag get the ball back and break upfield. Very smart play, popping the ball around, making Spurs work hard. Unfortunately for them, Richard Almeida's shot is weak and Hugo Lloris gathers.

Ooh and they nearly get another. The ball bounces around in the six-yard box, but Spurs manage to clear. Shaky stuff at the back from the hosts.
