Salford should be ahead! It's Jordan Hulme again who shows wonderful composure to latch on to a loose ball, take his time, swerve past the last man and he's in on goal! However, his touch is poor and the ball goes wide.

And now the hosts go close! One of the front three, Jordan Hulme, latches on to a bouncing ball 25 yards out and tries an early shot. He catches keeper Roy Carroll unawares and the Northern Irishman is a worried man as the ball bounces just past the far corner...

Izale McLeod has over 100 league goals to his name and is likely to be a real threat up front for Notts County tonight.

He wins a corner and my word that is close! Mike Edwards swivels on a shot from the corner and it's only inches wide.

Alan Smith is not a man to be intimidated in midfield, as he dishes out some verbal punishment after another late tackle from a man in red. An open start, both sides pouring men forwards.

Notts County striker Jon Stead says he did watch the documentaries but gives a smile when asked if the League Two club are worried about Salford's potential 'physical style.'

Gary Neville says he is not nervous at all as the FA Cup is a bonus to Salford.

"I've never seen the people at this club so happy," he says. Salford have had to bring in stewards for the first time. 

Notts County midfielder Alan Smith says that he didn't realise how much input the likes of Gary Neville and Paul Scholes had at Salford until he saw the Class of '92 documentary.

I don't think he's alone in thinking that...
