  1. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 16:48 Greenwich Mean Time 5 December 2015

    Watford 1-0 Norwich

We will hear about this again if Norwich manage to steal an equaliser.

Sebastien Bassong looks like he has leaned into Odion Ighalo and forced the Watford striker to the floor as he got caught the wrong side.

    No spot-kick though.

  2. CLOSE!published at 16:47

    Arsenal 2-1 Sunderland

That was it. Sunderland's big chance that was brewing. And they have missed it.

Patrick van Aanholt burst through onto a smart pass from Adam Johnson, but loses his composure completely, blazing over the top.

I wonder how much money the NHS would save if doctors would start prescribing Manchester United games for those with insomnia? It's also a lot safer than medication as well...

  4. Postpublished at 16:45

    Man Utd 0-0 West Ham

Is anyone going to score at Old Trafford this afternoon? It's a frustrating old atmosphere brewing...

  5. Impressive Leicesterpublished at 16:45

    Swansea 0-3 Leicester

    Martin Keown
Former Arsenal defender on Final Score

"They are running free after absorbing all that pressure. Swansea have had 60-70% possession and when they get it, Leicester are amazing on the break."

  6. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 16:44

    Swansea 0-3 Leicester

Jamie Vardy wants a penalty. Mainly because he would probably be allowed to take it.

He hammers a shot into Swansea defender Kyle Bartley on the edge of the area and claims it struck hand.

Michael Oliver is having none of it.

  7. CLOSE!published at 16:42

    Southampton 1-1 Aston Villa

Time for a winner? Oriol Romeu has another chance for Southampton but he can't keep his left-footed drive under control and it slides wide of the far corner.

  8. LAST FIVE MINUTESpublished at 16:42

    Swansea 0-3 Leicester

Claudio Ranieri is still barking orders on the Liberty Stadium sidelines.

He can take a sit-down for the last five minutes. His side are going to be top at the end of today.

  9. Postpublished at 16:41 Greenwich Mean Time 5 December 2015

    Man Utd 0-0 West Ham

    Garth Crooks
Former Spurs striker on Final Score

"Incredibly frustrating for Manchester United fans - it really could have been 1-0 there.

"West Ham for me, have been the better side. They have defended very well and could have been 3-0 up by now."

  10. 'Reds missing the target'published at 16:41 Greenwich Mean Time 5 December 2015

    Martin Keown
Former Arsenal defender on Final Score

"United lack that goalscorer, they are getting the opportunities but they should at least be hitting the target."

  11. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 16:39

    Swansea 0-3 Leicester

This is not going to be Swansea's day. Gylfi Sigurdsson hits the post as his side strive in vain for a way back in.

Is this going to be one of Garry Monk's last days in the job though?

  12. 'Bias against the big boys'published at 16:39 Greenwich Mean Time 5 December 2015

    Marouane FellainiImage source, Reuters

I'm absolutely sick of the discrimination big boys like myself and Fellaini suffer week in week out. Every game about 5 or 6 fouls against us go unpunished just because we're stronger than the opposition. Football is a game for men not boys yet certain players seem to be penalised regularly for their athleticism.

  13. CLOSE!published at 16:38

    Man Utd 0-0 West Ham

Manchester United's best chance of the day! Wonderful feet from Memphis Depay as he plays a one-two with Marouane Fellaini and drives into the box. He gets his head up and finds Anthony Martial 10 yards out, and he side-foots it inches wide!

  14. Championship updatepublished at 16:38 Greenwich Mean Time 5 December 2015

It's hotting up on the south coast, where Charlton's Patrick Bauer has headed for the early bath after being sent off against Brighton, but the Addicks still lead 2-1.

At the other end of the table, Bolton have clawed their way back to 2-2 at home to Cardiff thanks to Dorian Dervite's equaliser. Grant Hanley has put Blackburn 1-0 ahead against 10-man Bristol City.

Will Keane has put Preston 1-0 up against Burnley in the Lancashire derby at Turf Moor, while Alan Judge has made it 2-0 to Brentford at home to MK Dons.

  15. Postpublished at 16:37

    Southampton 1-1 Aston Villa

A rare chance for Aston Villa on the counter, and a good one at that. A ball is switched out to the left, Ashley Westwood pops up and slams a shot well over the top.

  16. Postpublished at 16:37

    Watford 1-0 Norwich

Odion Ighalo is still a livewire up front for Watford, wriggling past Sebastien Bassong and onto Troy Deeney's punt forward into space.

The ball won't sit right for him though and Declan Rudd is off his line to block.

  17. Postpublished at 16:35

    Man Utd 0-0 West Ham

Manchester United have had 17 shots on goal today - but just one on target. What's going wrong at Old Trafford?

  18. CLOSE!published at 16:35

    Arsenal 2-1 Sunderland

Duncan Watmore scampers clean through on goal - although he has a tricky angle to deal with. Petr Cech is off his line quickly to make the route to goal even harder and the goalkeeper makes a good save.

  19. CLOSE!published at 16:32

    Swansea 0-3 Leicester

Jamie Vardy is running out of time to extend his hot streak to 12 games.

He won't get many better chances than that one.

He deftly controls a long ball forward ahead of a covering Swansea defender, but hammers well over the top as he goes for power.
