    GOAL - Watford 1-0 Norwichpublished at 15:30

    Troy Deeney (pen)

No mistake from Troy Deeney who trots up and rifles the ball into the top right-hand corner before Declan Rudd can do much more than twitch.

That is five in his last six Premier League games for Deeney.

    West Brom 0-1 Tottenham

Roy Hodgson is in the house and he'll be pleased with how Spurs' English youngsters are showing up again. Dele Alli is fast becoming one of the players of the season. Euro 2016-bound?

  3. PENALTY TO WATFORDpublished at 15:29

    Watford 0-0 Norwich

Odion Ighalo through, Alex Tettey clatters in and that is a clear spot-kick.

  4. Postpublished at 15:28

    Southampton 0-0 Aston Villa

Complete air shot! Aston Villa's best attack of the day sees Jordan Veretout skip down the right and cut the ball back to Rudy Gestede, eight yards out, totally misses the ball.

    Sums up Villa's season.

  5. How the goal was scoredpublished at 15:29

    Swansea 0-2 Leicester

The first one was simple, this was the Foxes back to their cunning, counter-attacking best, even though Riyad Mahrez looked suspiciously offside.

Sunderland are giving as good as they are getting at the Emirates Stadium today.

It takes a hurried tackle from Per Mertesacker to block Stephen Fletcher's route to goal. Not the paciest foot race the Premier League will see this season that one.

The Arsenal fans are in library mode.

    Swansea 0-2 Leicester

    Garth Crooks
Former Spurs striker on Final Score

"This is what Garry Monk has to say to his players at half-time: You are still in this game lads. One goal gets us right back in it, and from there we can win it.

"The supporters will be concerned about what is happening at the club, but there still has to be some perspective."

  8. Championship updatepublished at 15:26

    Pie-tax

Cardiff took the lead after 12 minutes through Tony Watt, but their lead was brief with Gary Madine equalizing for Bolton.

The threatened walk-out after 17 minutes over the so-called ‘pie tax’ by Leeds fans at Elland Road has, by all accounts, been a bit of a damp squib. Their team are 0-0 with Hull as it stands.

  9. CLOSE!published at 15:26

    Swansea 0-2 Leicester

And it could, perhaps should, be three and easy for Leicester.

Riyad Mahrez on a first-half hat-trick bears down on Lukasz Fabianski once more, but his lofted effort is slapped down by the Pole.

Garry Monk looks on and feels the pressure in the Swansea dugout.

    Man Utd 0-0 West Ham

    David de GeaImage source, AFP

West Ham so close to going ahead! There's a huge degree of uncertainty at the heart of the United defence and Mauro Zarate heads against the post - he didn't know too much about it in honesty - and Winston Reid then loops the rebound onto the crossbar.

    So close!

  11. Postpublished at 15:24

    West Brom 0-1 Tottenham

Spurs are above Arsenal in the as-it-stands table. Thought any Tottenham fans would like to know that nugget...

  12. goal

    GOAL - Swansea 0-2 Leicesterpublished at 15:22

    Riyad Mahrez

What do they say about Foxes and cunning?

Just when they look like they are battening down the hatches, Leicester double their lead as N'Golo Kante release Riyad Mahrez in acres down the right and the midfielder cuts in to slot home his and his team's second.

Leicester are three points clear at the top as it stands.

    Man Utd 0-0 West Ham

Nerve-jangling stuff at the back for Manchester United as David de Gea and his defence get in a confusion. Someone needs to get a name on it and they do, just in time! Encouraging stuff for the Hammers.

  14. Postpublished at 15;21

    Swansea 0-1 Leicester

Swansea are slowly forcing their way back into the game.

Danny Drinkwater is given a stiff talking-to as he hacks away at the back of Wayne Routledge after getting caught on the wrong side of the Swansea man in midfield.

  15. 'Pulis must be doing his crust'published at 15:21 Greenwich Mean Time 5 December 2015

    West Brom 0-1 Tottenham

    Garth Crooks
Former Spurs striker on Final Score

"Tony Pulis must be doing his crust. Tottenham play in one ball, from 40 yards, and they lead.

"Dele Alli runs from deep, into the box between two centre-backs, and finishes with a volley. I want to know how the defenders allowed him such space."

  17. 'Remarkable Alli'published at 15:20 Greenwich Mean Time 5 December 2015

    West Brom 0-1 Spurs

    Martin Keown
Former Arsenal defender on Final Score

"Alli’s composure, his pace, his intelligence, I cannot believe he was a lower-league player a year ago. It’s remarkable, and no-one scores those kind of goals against West Brom."

  18. CLOSE!published at 15:18

    Southampton 0-0 Aston Villa

Rudy Gestede proving his worth in his own area as he hacks a shot off the line after Brad Guzan comes and flaps at a corner, and then Saints striker Sadio Mane heads the follow-up over the top.

    How are Southampton not ahead?!

  19. Postpublished at 15:19

    Arsenal 0-0 Sunderland

Arsenal still look wobbly at the back. The lines of communication are tested once more as Petr Cech belatedly comes to claim a long ball forward ahead of some hard-running Sunderland attackers.
