Time for one last kettle brew, one last trip to the bar, one last plea for quiet from family, friends or colleagues.

    Here we go.

"Wales wing-backs and England full-backs will play a huge part on who comes out on top today. Kyle Walker loves to get forward and Danny Rose was doing a similar job on the other side. They have licence to go forward with Eric Dier sitting."

Will we see another free-kick from England's Eric Dier today? Let's not talk about the fact that on Saturday I said: 'As if Eric Dier is going to take one...'

Gareth Bale scored for Wales from range too. Goalkeeper assisted, may I suggest.

    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at Stade Bollaert-Delelis, Lens

The compact Stade Bollaert-Delelis in Lens appropriately has a Premier League feel to it with steepling stands and the crowd close to the pitch - pretty much the perfect playing environment for England v Wales.

England manager Roy Hodgson looked relaxed in his shades pre-match, a contrast to the slight irritation he displayed yesterday about questions regarding the verbals aimed in England's direction by Wales, Gareth Bale in particular.

Not getting much Welsh love here either though - ran out for the warm-up to chants of "England's Going Home" from the Wales fans.

David Ginola has been tweeting in Welsh, wishing Wales well today and suggesting they could "send England out of Europe before 23 June".

BBC impartiality precludes us from passing comment on the EU referendum, but Ginola's Welsh grammar is excellent.

Sam Wood: If England don't beat Wales, I'd want to see Hodgson hand his resignation in. The football is bland and his choices are awful.

Steven Scott: Millions of people in work carefully arranging windows on their monitor with thumb and finger poised over ALT+TAB.

Shaun Warren: my son is bravely trying to watch the match secretly in year 7 science today. Back him all the way, worth a detention.

    Kevin Ratcliffe
Former Wales captain on BBC Radio 5 live

"If anyone can get through an injury it's Ashley Williams. He is a leader. He should be playing at a bigger club than Swansea City.

"I've been watching him and he has missed out on some bits and pieces. I am wondering if he has had a niggle but as I say, if anyone can get through with an injury it's him."

"I'm watching Wales warm up and Ashley Williams has a white bandage wrapped around his right calf. He didn't have that in the first game."

"Wayne Rooney showed everyone he can play in that midfield role against Russia. He is evolving as a player - a bit like Ryan Giggs. Because of his intelligence he can do it seamlessly. Wales will try not to give him time and space to spray passes around."

Both sets of players are now out on the pitch warming up, and the Stade Bollaert-Delelis erupts as a result. The ground is filling up nicely now. It does take a little bit longer than usual to get into the stadiums thanks to the added security checks so if you're reading this in the Loco near the station - get a shift on.

    England v Wales (14:00 BST)

Former Wales striker Nathan Blake on BBC Radio 5 live is asked if he would take corners as a striker: "No thank you. I personally would have Wayne Rooney taking them. Harry Kane has height and strength in the air. It doesn't make sense to me that a free-kick specialist in Rooney is not taking corners. Kane is better in the air than Wayne. You have someone who is good at taking a dead ball in Rooney and a striker hungry to score in Kane."
