Winning his 32nd cap today, the forward has only scored three goals for Wales, but his tireless running has made him immensely popular among the supporters, who sing his name to the tune of Salt'n'Pepa's 'Push It'.

Raheem Sterling possesses pace to burn - but where is the end product? 

He falls short too often both with his delivery and finishing. He had to score there as Adam Lallana could not have done any more than lay it on a plate for him.

England look threatening but Wales will have noted some moments of sloppiness at the back from Chris Smalling and Kyle Walker.

I don't know what our continental cousins will be making of this, there's not many completed passes in the opening stages but we're loving it here. 100mph, tackles, direct play, plenty of graft. Just needs a goal.

First sight of Gareth Bale as he breaks into the box and cracks off a shot which Gary Cahill does well to block. Bale has a joke with Joe Hart, who then flaps at the corner! Harry Kane has to get it away. Plenty of nervous energy out there.
