17:24 GMT 1 February 2016You've got to admire West Brom - they certainly won't be rushed into selling Saido Berahino. I doff my cap to TP. He'll appreciate that gesture. Being a cap man and all that.

BBC Radio 5 live senior football reporter"It's not Deadline Day as we know it. But in terms of overall spend over the season, it's exceeded £1bn, which is astonishing. There are a couple of deals still likely to go through before 11: Porto midfielder Gianelli Imbula to Stoke, and Lokomotiv Moscow striker Oumar Niasse to Everton. As for Saido Berahino, it looks like he'll be staying at the Hawthorns."

17:14 GMT 1 February 2016Oumar Niasse – Lokomotiv Moscow to Everton?
Alex Stewart
Football Manager computer game expert"This could be a great signing if Everton don’t pay over the odds. Best played as a poacher, Niasse has good finishing and heading stats, as well as very good numbers across the board physically. Unusually for an out-and-out goal-scorer, his ratings for determination, work rate, and teamwork are also very high, and he’s a regular 10-15 goals per season striker in FM."

As a Liverpool fan this is a pretty disheartening transfer window. The only signing is Caulker and we have handed Mignolet a long term contract. Klopp complains we do not have enough players then doesn't sign anyone to bolster the squad. I absolutely love his passion and charisma but it's almost as if we have shut up shop this season and we have to wait with baited breath for big movements in the summer
