He is brilliant isn't he? Wonderful stop from David de Gea, snaking out a left hand and pushing away a fierce shot from Philippe Coutinho from the edge of the area. Coutinho made a good call to leave it to a team-mate running across his lie and he middled his drive. Sweet as a nut.

Juan Mata then toes a volley wide as Liverpool struggle with the resulting corner.

Manchester United's Marouane Fellaini was very fortunate to escape punishment after flattening Emre Can with a flying elbow at Anfield last week - and he has already enraged Liverpool's Roberto Firmino in a similar incident.
The Belgian is a giant figure and of course he has to use he elbows to jump, but how many times does he catch an opponent? Too many.
Needs to watch himself already.
