Middlesbrough v Stoke (15:00 BST)
Good news for Stoke fans - it seems the ankle injury suffered by goalkeeper Jack Butland isn't too bad.
Butland broke his ankle during England's 3-2 victory over Germany in March - and missed the Euros as a result - so naturally there was concern when he injured it again in training.
Forty-year-old keeper Shay Given starts instead against Middlesbrough. He made plenty of friends at Boro during a loan spell in 2013-14.
Middlesbrough v Stoke (15:00 BST)
With two of last season's stalwarts Grant Leadbitter and Daniel Ayala out injured, the process of integrating 10 new signings into the Middlesbrough squad is a little easier for Boro manager Aitor Karanka...
Four of those make the starting XI - including three-time Champions League winner Victor Valdes in goal, ex-Manchester City forward Alvaro Negredo up top, and £11.75m signing from Atalanta Marten de Roon in midfield.
Boro XI: Valdes, Nsue, Barragan, Gibson, Friend, Clayton, De Roon, Adomah, Downing, Ramirez, Negredo.
With Stoke goalkeeper Jack Butland out after injuring his ankle in training (not too serious, Stoke fans) 40-year-old keeper Shay Given comes in to take his place. Wales midfielder Joe Allen, signed form Liverpool after being named in the Euro 2016 team of the tournament, makes the bench.
Stoke XI: Given; Bardsley, Shawcross, Wollscheid, Pieters; Whelan, Imbula; Shaqiri, Bojan, Arnautovic; Diouf
Burnley v Swansea (15:00 BST)
Burnley’s summer signing Johann Berg Gudmundsson is on the bench, but Stephen Ward has shaken off a hamstring injury and starts.
Burnley XI: Heaton, Lowton, Keane, Mee, Ward, Arfield, Jones, Marney, Boyd, Vokes, Gray.
Striker Fernando Llorente makes his Swansea debut, and with Ashley Williams gone to Everton, Stephen Kingsley, who spent the first half of last season on loan at Crewe, gets a chance in the back four.
Swansea XI: Fabianski, Naughton, Fernandez, Amat, Kingsley, Britton, Cork, Fer, Barrow, Routledge, Llorente.
Crystal Palace v West Brom (15:00 BST)
There's a debut for each of these sides. Crystal Palace hand winger Andros Townsend a start after his summer move from Newcastle.
West Brom include their own new wideman Matty Phillips following his switch from QPR.
Southampton v Watford (15:00 BST)
Winger Nathan Redmond makes his Premier League debut for Southampton after arriving from Norwich City.
Watford's club record signing Isaac Success is out with a leg injury while new defender Brice Dja Djedje is also missing with a foot problem.
Everton v Tottenham (15:00 BST)
New signing Victor Wanyama starts for Tottenham in midfield.
Everton's signing from Aston Villa, Idrissa Gueye, also makes his Toffees debut as does keeper Maarten Stekelenburg.
Middlesbrough v Stoke (15:00 BST)
Middlesbrough hand debuts to four players, including keeper Victor Valdes and striker Alvaro Negredo.
No new faces for Stoke, although 40-year-old Shay Given starts in goal with Jack Butland injured.
In League Two, top side Luton have eyes on promotion and can keep up their 100% record when they host Yeovil.
Blackpool, in the Premier League not long ago, head to the beaches of Morecambe, as bottom side Plymouth make the long, long journey north to face Carlisle.
Elsewhere, Crewe host Portsmouth, Notts County play Stevenage and Grimsby go to Wycombe.
In League One, Bolton travel down south to AFC Wimbledon as they look to get bounce back into the Championship at the first attempt. Charlton and MK Dons will be hoping to do that same and face Northampton and Millwall today.
Oldham are bottom after losing their opening game 3-0 and they will be looking for better against Walsall, while Gillingham face Bury and Peterborough come up against Bradford,
The EFL season began last week and there is an almost full fixture list across the country.
In the Championship, the big guns Aston Villa and Newcastle will be looking to get their first points on the board when they host Rotherham and Huddersfield respectively.
Norwich, the early pacesetters, take on Sheffield Wednesday, while Owen Coyle takes Blackburn to his old club Wigan in the Lancashire derby.
Three minutes until we get team news from all our games. Excited? I'm sure we're going to see a lot of new players in action today.
Hull lead Leicester 2-1 now. Riyad Mahrez had levelled with a controversial penalty with Robert Snodgrass smashing home for the Tigers. Live text of that game here.
We asked you (at 13:14 BST) what history was made in New York Red Bull II v Orlando City B.
Well it was the first use of video review in a competitive football match.
A trial using a video assistant referee (VAR) is taking place at the Red Bull Arena over the next two months in selected United Soccer League matches, the American third tier.
It was used last night when Orlando's Conor Donovan brought down Junior Flemings just outside the box.
After communicating with his colleague via a radio link and then reviewing a replay of the incident, referee Ismail Elfath sent Donovan off for denying a goalscoring opportunity. It took less than 30 seconds.
All the old favourites are back: Gary Lineker is back in the chair (mostly fully dressed) for Match of the Day, while Mark Chapman fronts MOTD2.
We have Final Score, MOTD2 Extra and Football Focus is now on for an hour from 12:00 to 13:00 BST. Further good news, it is now on the iPlayer too.
And even further reasons to cheer, we have a new addition for this season – the Premier League Show on Thursdays, hosted by Gabby Logan.
606 is back on BBC Radio 5 live with Jason Mohammad presenting alongside Robbie Savage on Saturday, with Ian Wright and Kelly Cates on Sunday.
Of course we will be streaming all those programmes live across our digital platforms.

It is the most difficult task of the season - trying to predict who will finish where in the Premier League.
Last term I was only 19 places out with my prediction for champions Leicester City, although I suspect I was not on my own getting that one badly wrong.
After a summer of change in the top flight - with a whole host of new managers and top-quality players - it is a task that remains as painful as ever.
Phil getting his excuses in early there... Head over here to see who he thinks will finish where, and share your own thoughts on what might happen.

New managers, new formations and some new players will be on show at St Mary's for a clash of two clubs accustomed to change.
The Saints, with Frenchman Claude Puel in charge, must prove they can cope without the goals of the departed Sadio Mane and Graziano Pelle. Step up Shane Long and summer signing Nathan Redmond in a diamond formation.
Puel has a reputation for sticking around wherever he has worked - that would be welcome on the south coast.
Walter Mazzarri is Watford's seventh boss in five seasons; like Puel, he's new to the Premier League but has vast experience. The Hornets have used a 3-5-2 formation for much of pre-season, but much rests on Odion Ighalo finding goalscoring form alongside talisman Troy Deeney and new signing Isaac Success.
Middlesbrough v Stoke (15:00 BST)

Match of the Day commentator
It is a welcome return to the Premier League for Middlesbrough, seven years after they were relegated.
Their first opponents, Stoke, are surely a model for Boro to try to emulate. With some astute purchases, Mark Hughes has led the Potters to ninth place in each of the past three seasons.
On a personal note, tragically a familiar face won't be there in the media area.
Alastair Brownlee, the BBC Tees commentator known as "the voice of the Boro", passed away earlier this year. How Ali would have loved this weekend, as his beloved club return to the top flight.
Everton v Spurs (15:00 BST)
Alistair Mann
MOTD commentator
Everton's miserable home form last season was arguably the most alarming aspect of their hugely disappointing campaign.
Goodison Park was immersed in bewilderment and no little angst from loyal supporters, who were forced to witness eight visiting sides leaving victorious.
By contrast, only Leicester bettered Spurs' achievements on their travels and, but for an inexplicable capitulation on the final day at Newcastle, no side would have matched their imperious defensive record on the road.
It all points to a tricky opening duel for the hosts - one from which new boss Ronald Koeman will be delighted to emerge unscathed, having admitted that his squad rebuilding remains far from complete, and that those he can deploy are still lacking full match fitness.
Crystal Palace v West Brom (15:00 BST)
Mark Scott
MOTD commentator
These two had the same problem last season - goals - with only rock bottom Aston Villa scoring fewer.
The arrival of Andros Townsend should certainly help Palace in that regard - and Alan Pardew insists fellow flyer Yannick Bolasie will also be in the shake-up on Saturday, despite persistent speculation linking him with Everton.
There's also been plenty of speculation over the future of Tony Pulis following the recent takeover at West Brom, with a number of bookies making him their favourite to be the first Premier League manager to go this season.
Pulis insists there's no chance of him walking away despite a difficult summer in the transfer market, but he has warned that their lack of activity means the Baggies are 'well behind the game' going into the new campaign.
