  1. League Two newspublished at 14:51 British Summer Time 20 August 2016

Exeter City sit bottom of the EFL after three games and will be looking for their first points at last season's play-off semi-finalists Accrington.

The 2008 FA Cup winners Portsmouth are still looking for a first League Two win this campaign as they take on Colchester.

Early table-toppers Luton, meanwhile, travel to Stevenage.

  2. League One newspublished at 14:49 British Summer Time 20 August 2016

Bolton will look to continue their early season form as the only EFL side with a 100% record as they take on Fleetwood at home.

Sticking with the derby theme today, it's Bury against Oldham in Greater Manchester, or the M66 derby if you prefer.

AFC Wimbledon are still looking for their first points of the campaign as they travel to League Two champions from last season Northampton.

  3. Reading's remarkable recordpublished at 14:47 British Summer Time 20 August 2016

Reading may be 19 places behind their opponents Brighton ahead of their game today, but their incredible home form against the Seagulls should hold them in good stead.

The last time they lost at home to Brighton was on the 4 April 2003, when Gareth Gates featuring The Kumars were number one in the charts with Spirit in the Sky.

Jaap Stam's side may need a similar sort of divine intervention if they are to hold off the in-form league leaders this afternoon.

Bristol City v Newcastle United (15:00 BST)

BBC Sport's Brendon Mitchell at Ashton Gate:

"Ashton Gate feels more party venue than football ground this afternoon, owing in part to the rowdy fan park set up outside the newly refurbished 27,000-seater stadium, which today welcomes its biggest crowd for 26 years. "But visitors Newcastle United arrive in south Bristol carrying their own renewed momentum, with manager Rafael Benitez's raft of summer signings starting to really gel for the first time in Wednesday's 4-1 win over Reading. "Bristol City head coach Lee Johnson quipped in his post-match press conference that this fixtures pits Champions League winner against FA Trophy winner in the two dugouts - a gap he'll be desperate to bridge to ensure the Robins party continues beyond 17:00 BST."

    Blackburn v Burton (15:00 BST)

Shane Duffy, if you're reading, look away now.

The Blackburn defender has scored three own goals in a week, including two in their defeat by Cardiff on Wednesday.

You'd therefore think today's opponents Burton, fresh from their first ever Championship win on Tuesday, would be excited by the prospect of playing against Duffy.

Sadly for them, Duffy got sent off in injury-time against the Welsh side and is suspended.

    Birmingham v Wolves (15:00 BST)

Had enough of the derby action? Thought not.

Our second of the day comes at St Andrew's, where Birmingham welcome West Midlands rivals Wolves.

Both sides are unbeaten in the Championship this campaign, but Blues add some firepower to their starting line-up in the form of new signing Che Adams.

For Wolves, they are hoping to end a run of one win in 11 games away from home in the Championship.

But they have the upper hand in this derby as their opponents have only won one in eight.

  7. Championship previewpublished at 14:37 British Summer Time 20 August 2016

    Reading v Brighton (15:00 BST)

The table doesn't matter after three games, does it?

Brighton fans might disagree with that comment at the moment, given the fact their side are currently top of the Championship having not conceded a single goal in the EFL going into their trip to Reading today.

But striker Glenn Murray, who has scored three in three, told BBC Sussex: "It's nice to be up at the top of the table early, but it's not now that it counts.

"We need to keep this positive start going, picking up points and maintaining momentum."

Glenn putting a dampner on things there.

One game down, plenty more to get our teeth into during the course of the afternoon.

Let's take a look at some of the matches we have coming up.

    Sheffield Wednesday 0-2 Leeds United

The final whistle goes and the Leeds players and fans celebrate.

And with good reason too. Victory over their local rivals, a first league win of the season and a first clean sheet against the Owls in 10 years.

All in all, a good afternoon for Leeds. For Wednesday fans, disappointment, although there's still 42 league games to go.

The Championship, after all, is - to use a horrible cliche - a marathon, not a sprint.

  13. Postpublished at 14:23 British Summer Time 20 August 2016

    Sheffield Wednesday 0-2 Leeds United

Nothing to trouble Leeds as the minutes tick down. Boss Garry Monk will be pleased to get that first league win under his belt.

  14. Five minutes added timepublished at 14:20 British Summer Time 20 August 2016

    Sheffield Wednesday 0-2 Leeds United

We're into added time at Hillsborough. There will be five minutes of it as the Leeds fans go through their back catalogue of terrace songs.

  15. CLOSE!published at 14:17 British Summer Time 20 August 2016

    Sheffield Wednesday 0-2 Leeds United

Almost a third for Leeds as Hadi Sacko races down the right but hits his shot wide of the post.

That's his last contribution too as he makes his way to the touchline to be replaced by Kalvin Phillips.

  16. goal

The Leeds fans are in party mood now at Hillsborough as Chrs Wood converts a low Kemar Roofe cross.

Garry Monk's side are well on course for their first league win of the season. Even owner Massimo Cellino might be happy tonight.

The Owls are desperate to find a way back into the game and Fernando Forestieri cuts inside from the left and tries his luck with a shot that Rob Green grabs at the second attempt.

Moments earlier, Gary Hooper shot wide from distance after being picked out by Barry Bannan.

  19. Postpublished at 14:06 British Summer Time 20 August 2016

    Sheffield Wednesday 0-1 Leeds United

Sheffield Wednesday see appeals for a penalty waved away as Alex Mowatt collides with Sam Hutchinson in the box.

That's Mowatt's last contribution of the afternoon for Leeds as he goes off to be replaced by Kemar Roofe.

It's not happening for Sheffield Wednesday at the moment.

Carlos Carvalhal rolls the dice once again and makes his final change, bringing on Will Buckley for Jack Hunt.
