    Borussia Monchengladbach 1-1 Manchester City

Kevin de Bruyne engineers himself a yard of space maybe 25 yards from goal, he flashes in a shot which is always rising and Yann Sommer has to punch it clear. Twenty-five minutes to go.

Meer Shah: Out of chaos, Arsenal lead!! Showing PSG how it's done. Finally, Arsenal mean business. What a difference half time makes!

Eddie: Goalll!! Ricochet goal. P.S Good things happen when you shoot on goal.

Rubbs from Croydon: I was just typing: 'glad November is nearly gone',and then we scored! November stay with us! Let's change the history!

  3. 'Soft, soft yellow'published at 21:07 Greenwich Mean Time 23 November 2016

He has his arms up. There is a little tug. That's a soft, soft yellow.

The madness of it is Fernandinho doesn't need to do it. There are players behind him. if Raffael runs on, it does not matter at all.

That second red card of the night has raised morale in the home stands and Raffael almost improves things even more with a low, skiddy shot past the far corner.

  5. RED CARD - Fernandinhopublished at 21:05 Greenwich Mean Time 23 November 2016

    Borussia Monchengladbach 1-1 Manchester City

Both sides now down to 10 men! Fernandinho is shown a second yellow for a foul on the halfway line, I could barely see anything but I think he pulled back the shirt of Raffael, who was inside his own half and there were plenty of defenders in behind too.

    Marco Verratti (OG 60 mins)

As scruffy a goal as you see Arsenal score! They have come from a goal down to lead. Good cut-back from the right wing, Aaron Ramsey can't get a clean shot away, the ball bobbles around, is smashed clear by a PSG defender into the shins of Marco Verratti, facing his own goal, and the ball ping-pongs in!

    Phil McNulty

Arsene Wenger has clearly got into Arsenal at half-time and now we have a real game on our hands. Very open and The Gunners have finally brought the crowd into play. This is much more promising.

    Arsenal 1-1 Paris St-Germain

Olivier Giroud has a low strike well blocked by the covering PSG backline. Arsenal have been flat tonight though, just that soft penalty to their name.

    Arsenal 1-1 Paris St-Germain

Lovely free-kick, Brazilian magic from Lucas, up and over the wall, David Ospina can only watch as it kisses the top of the crossbar!

  13. 'He lashed out'published at 20:57 Greenwich Mean Time 23 November 2016

    Borussia Monchengladbach 1-1 Manchester City

    Pat Nevin
Ex-Chelsea winger on BBC Radio 5 live

If you remember how stupid Lars Stindl's first yellow card was, he took out one of the Manchester City players after a decision went against him. Once again it would appear he has lashed out. He is not making any massive protests. There might be a level of embarrassment there.

  14. SITTER!published at 20:57 Greenwich Mean Time 23 November 2016

    Celtic 0-1 Barcelona

You can't miss those! What a chance for Celtic as Moussa Demebele has a free header, six yards out, centre of the goal. He can only nod it at Marc-Andre ter Stegen...

  15. 'Celtic still believe'published at 20:54 Greenwich Mean Time 23 November 2016

    Celtic 0-1 Barcelona

    Tom English
    BBC Sport Scotland

A shame for Celtic to lose Scott Sinclair at half-time.

James Forrest replaces him. Barca had 60% possession in that first half and had four decent chances. A repeat of that in the second half and you fancy them to score a second.

Celtic have begun the second half with a bit of fire. They look like they still believe.

  16. RED CARD FOR GLADBACHpublished at 20:53 Greenwich Mean Time 23 November 2016

    Borussia Monchengladbach 1-1 Manchester City

Borussia Monchengladbach captain Lars Stindl is off! A second yellow for blocking off Nicolas Otamendi with a raised arm. Silly challenge, he was never looking at the ball. And Manchester City have the best part of 40 minutes with a man over.

  17. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 20:53 Greenwich Mean Time 23 November 2016

    Borussia Monchengladbach 1-1 Manchester City

Raheem Sterling has the ball into the net! But he's offside. It was very scruffy too, the correct call.

  18. Postpublished at 20:52 Greenwich Mean Time 23 November 2016

    Celtic 0-1 Barcelona

Callum McGregor sees the chance to write his name in lights, he beats Jordi Alba once, twice, on the edge of the area - but his low shot is tame and easily held by Marc-Andre ter Stegen.
