Arsenal 1-1 Paris St-Germain

BBC Sport chief football writer at Emirates Stadium
What a lifeline for Arsenal that penalty award was. They had been completely second best in that half until the equaliser - and now the whole mood has changed around Emirates Stadium.
Arsenal's fans, understandably, had been frustrated but now there is optimism.

Celtic 0-1 Barcelona
Arsenal 1-1 Paris St-Germain
The consensus from you out there is that Alexis Sanchez went down very easily for that Arsenal penalty. I couldn't see much contact at all to be honest...
Arsenal 1-1 Paris St-Germain
Here's that scuffle. I didn't notice Francis Coquelin grabbing his own man by the neck first time around...

no-one: Ramsey's hand-eye coordination needs some work. #handbags
HALF-TIME
Seriously?!
No goals from the three matches not involving British teams in the whole of the first half...
Ludogorets 0 - 0 Basel
Both sides are struggling to get a grip of the game. Basel seem to be stronger physically, while Ludogorets are waiting to use their quick wingers.
Napoli 0 - 0 Dynamo Kiev
A few clear chances but a draw is little use to either team - both will want to take more chances in the second half.
Atletico Madrid 0 - 0 PSV Eindhoven
Atletico took control early in the match but have allowed PSV to get back into it leading up to half-time.
Arsenal 1-1 Paris St-Germain
As the dust settled on that penalty decision, Edinson Cavani threw out his right arm and landed a glancing blow on the chin of Aaron Ramsey. It wouldn't have troubled the scorers inside the boxing ring but it's normally a red card on the football pitch...
Borussia Monchengladbach 1-1 Manchester City
Pat Nevin
Ex-Chelsea winger on BBC Radio 5 live
Manchester City have not played brilliantly well, they have not created many chances. But they know where Gladbach's weakness is - in that left-back area. It is the third time they have been down that left-hand side and the defender Oscar Wendt has been found wanting. It was a fantastic ball across from Kevin De Bruyne.

Celtic 0-1 Barcelona
Olivier Giroud (Pen)
Olivier Giroud steers in left-footed. Game on.
Arsenal 0-1 Paris St-Germain
Alexis Sanchez goes down. Penalty given!
David Silva (45 mins)
City do level though! Again they break down the right of the area, this time Kevin de Bruyne finds a cross, a brilliant cross too and David Silva turns it in.
Borussia Monchengladbach 1-0 Manchester City
City should score. Kevin de Bruyne clips a pass over the top to find Raheem Sterling, he's onside and clear. Decisions, decisions - and I think he makes the wrong one. He could drive on and shoot but pulls it back to Sergio Aguero, but it's behind the striker and he can't finish...
Borussia Monchengladbach 1-0 Manchester City
Manchester City might be playing a front six worth over 200m quid but they can barely buy a shot at goal.
The visitors have only managed one effort on target so far. Home keeper Yann Sommer could have taken a nap or two.

hr_giri: It is not a coincidence that no shots on goal when Santi Cazorla is not playing.
Limaro Fipama: No Cazorla = no ball out from the back available. No surprise we've been terrible since he's been injured.
FEMI JOHN ATOYEBI: It's November, the month Arsenal normally implodes!
Arsenal 0-1 Paris St-Germain

Emirates Stadium is very subdued and no wonder. PSG are in complete control and Arsenal cannot lay a glove on them.
PSG are looking very comfortable at the back and carry a real hint of menace on the counter. Arsenal lacking any sort of spark.
