  1. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 59 mins

    Watford 0-4 Tottenham

With Chelsea up next for Tottenham on Wednesday, Mauricio Pochettino will be tempted to rest some legs soon.

In fact, he does make a change as Harry Winks replaces Dele Alli. Harry Kane stays on for a little longer.

A look at the stats shows Dele Alli is hiding a quiet day well with his goals. The midfielder has had just 30 touches, that's less than any Spurs outfield players. He has also only completed 59% of his passes, a low mark in his team.

Still, two goals isn't too bad.

  3. Postpublished at 56 mins

    Watford 0-4 Tottenham

Harry Kane has 10 goals in his last 11 Premier League games and you wouldn't bet against him completing his hat-trick today.

He's not far off from doing just that as he sneaks a free-kick round the Watford wall but Heurelho Gomes manages to dive across to palm the ball behind.

    Watford 0-4 Tottenham

A rare attack from Watford as a good knock down by Troy Deeney finds Odion Ighalo but the striker goes for a speculative effort from the edge of the area and shoots well wide.

Watford's defenders are putting in the sort of performance I'd expect from myself after a a New Year's Eve night on the beers. Awful stuff and Son Heung-min should punish them again as he is afforded space inside the box, but he shoots well wide from a decent position.

'Bad' is a good start, Seth.

Spurs have capitalised on some wonderful crosses today.

They're brimming with confidence at the moment. Their fans may have missed that goal, but they're in good voice.

    Oh dear, Watford...

Barely two minutes into the second half and Tottenham score again. Poor defending plays its part again as Sebastian Prodl gives the ball away and Harry Kane crosses for Dele Alli, who pokes in his second of the game.

  9. KICK-OFFpublished at 46 mins

    Watford 0-3 Tottenham

The second half is under way. Tottenham's biggest away league win this season was a 4-0 defeat of Stoke. They look more than capable of topping that today.

Brucey was a defender I'm afraid Tilly, though I daresay he could have done a job up-top as an Andy Carroll-esque target man. Jordan, good luck with the baby!

Thierry Henry went down in Premier League legend, such was his contribution on these shores. Harry Kane now has 59 goals in 100 Premier League appearances, the same tally the great Thierry reached in a century of games.

So, will Harry trump the ex-Arsenal man?

It would be a spectacular fall from grace if Spurs chuck this away now - Watford look leggy and devoid of ideas.

Tottenham should wrap this up easily in the second-half.

  17. YELLOW CARDpublished at 44 mins

The Premier League's most booked player picks up another booking. Jose Holebas is shown a yellow for a clumsy challenge on Christian Eriksen. That's his ninth booking of the season.

    Easy-peasy.

It's a dreadful clearance, no height or distance.

Dele Alli had an age, he almost took too many touches but it didn't matter.

You have to say that Spurs look fantastic and they've wrapped up the three points.

    And now it is three!

When Tottenham are in this sort of form, you just cannot afford to make any mistakes. Unfortunately, that's exactly what Younes Kaboul does as he swipes at Harry Kane's cross, putting the ball straight into Dele Alli's path and the Tottenham forward makes him pay by firing home.

Surely no way back for Watford?

This could get ugly. It could be a very big score if Tottenham want it to be.
