Rotherham 1-0 QPR
The last game in the Championship finishes and they've done it - Rotherham pick up their first league victory since 20 August and just their second of the season.
Izzy Brown's first-half goal was enough for the Millers who are still rock bottom.
....whistles blown up and down the country.
We'll bring you all the reaction to the scores very shortly.
Huddersfield Town 2-1 Bristol City
Job done for Huddersfield as they climb back into the play-off places and fourth.
Elias Kachunga and Nakhi Wells with the goals either side of Tammy Abraham's equaliser.
FT: Wolves 4-4 Fulham
No more time for a ninth goal at Molineux.
Wow.
Reading 2-1 Sheffield Wednesday
All over after almost seven extra minutes.
Wednesday threw the kitchen sink at that late on as keeper Keiren Westwood went up for a corner late.
Paul McShane hooked it clear for Reading and they are back to winning ways and strengthen their grip on third place.
Reading 2-1 Sheffield Wednesday
Steven Fletcher so close to stealing a late equaliser for Sheffield Wednesday.
A low shot on the turn inside the area is well saved from Ali Al Habsi and Reading scramble clear.
Newcastle United 4-0 Birmingham City
Time up at St James Park.
Dwight Gayle's hat-trick sees Newcastle return to the Championship summit in emphatic fashion.
Wolves 4-4 Fulham
Oh my word, Wolves hearts are broken in the fifth minute of stoppage time.
Fulham's Floyd Ayite nets his second goal of the afternoon from close range to make it 4-4.
What is going on?!
Wolves 4-3 Fulham
Unbelievable scenes at Molineux!
Wales midfielder Dave Edwards finds some room at the far post and smashes home in the 90th minute.
Wolves have scored three second-half goals and come back from 3-1 down at half-time. I'm speechless.
Reading 2-1 Sheffield Wednesday
Late hope for Sheffield Wednesday right at the start of six minutes of added time.
Steven Fletcher heads a cross in off the inside of the post and off the body of Ali Al Habsi.
Reading come up short defensively for the first time this afternoon.
Aston Villa 1-0 Wigan
What a goal from Jack Grealish to light up the dullest of games.
The Aston Villa midfielder looks up and smashes the ball into the back of the Wigan net from 20 yards.
Two minutes left.
Huddersfield Town 2-1 Bristol City
Bristol City continuing to press for the equaliser, but to no avail as we enter the last few minutes.
Elias Kachunga has had a strong performance for the hosts and has tracked back to intercept a Bristol City counter-attack.
Wolves 3-3 Fulham
Apologies Wolves fans - while the craziness was going on at Portman Road, I failed to mention your side had equalised through club-record signing Ivan Cavaleiro.
Having been 3-1 down to Fulham at half-time, it's now all square with less than 10 minutes to go at Molineux.
Huddersfield 2-1 Bristol City
Closing stages at the John Smith's Stadium where Bristol City need a spark to get level again...
Ipswich 1-1 Cardiff
The Sol Bamba red card for Cardiff sounded absolute madness.
It appears the Ivory Coast international was down injured - shoved over the physio treating him before squaring up to several Ipswich players.
The defender then clashed with the fourth official and his own manager Neil Warnock.
We'll have more details as we get them.
Newcastle United 4-0 Birmingham City
And there it is at last - a Dwight Gayle hat-trick.
Jonjo Shelvey the architect down the right for Newcastle as he creates space for himself and then pulls the ball back and picks out Gayle to finish off.
He then makes his way off to the subs bench and to a standing ovation.
Birmingham have just had to stand back and admire.
Reading 2-0 Sheffield Wednesday
It's Roy Beerens and Reading's day at the Madejski Stadium.
A second of the afternoon for the Dutch midfielder as he latches on to a long ball and flick on from Yann Kermorgant.
Keeps his composure in the area to round Keiren Westwood and then roll the ball home.
Quote MessageFantastic finish in the end. The ball fell to Beerens who had broken past the Wednesday defence. Kermorgant deserves credit too, Reading could never have scored that in the first half, before he came on. I think Wednesday have thrown the towel in.

League One latest

At the top of the table, Scunthorpe are now 3-0 down at Rochdale, Calvin Andrew surely giving Dale an unassailable lead.
Third-placed Sheffield United are also 3-0 to the good at home to Swindon, as they look to close the gap on the Iron and second-placed Bolton.
Ipswich 1-1 Cardiff
Oh my goodness, Cardiff defender Sol Bamba has lost the plot at Portman Road.
He's shown a red card for lashing out and then tries to take on everyone including the fourth official and his own manager Neil Warnock.
I'm sure we'll hear more about this as the afternoon unfolds. Bonkers.
