Kyle: The crowd looks like a Sunday league crowd. Shame as they're missing a good game

Stuie Neal: Been impressed with Fulham,  Joe Bennett being beaten too easily as the pundits are rightly saying.   Cardiff a mess at the back.

Anyone giving Plymouth much hope? Thought not.

And here's another stat to strike fear into Devon hearts: Liverpool have never lost an FA Cup game against a team from the fourth tier.

Someone in a Cardiff shirt needs to get hold of Ryan Fredericks. It's advice that comes two goals too late but once more he tears clear down the right-hand side and only the fact that he treads on the ball prevents him from laying on another chance.

  7. 'Sessegnon a special talent'published at 12:11 Greenwich Mean Time 8 January 2017

Ryan Sessegnon is a special talent.

He’s an intelligent footballer, he knows when to go and when not to go. He can see the gap opening up.

That isn’t always the first thing that happens, especially when you’re his age.

A replay I've just seen suggests that Ryan Sessegnon's left foot was offside, the rest of his body was level. A tough call either way.

What is not in doubt is that Fulham have been much the better side.

It has been coming. Like the first one it came down that right-hand side. It's brilliant play from Ryan Fredericks and once again he beats Joe Bennett for pace, moves the ball quickly, throws a dummy and puts the ball in.

Is Ryan Sessegnon offside? The first thing he does is look to the linesman. Maybe he's got away with that one.

GOAL - Cardiff City 1-2 Fulhampublished at 33 mins

    Ryan Sessegnon

Fulham lead, and it has been coming! Again, right wing-back Ryan Fredericks is absolutely key as once more he toasts his defender to get into the area and cut back a fine cross. Tom Cairney slams a shot against the underside of the crossbar and it falls onto the shins of Ryan Sessegnon, who bundles in from a yard out.

Was Sessegnon offside? It was very, very tight...

Stefan Johansen, who has been excellent so far for Fulham, drives into space and finds Sone Aluko on the left, but his shot is tame.

    Chelsea

A little slither of Sunday lunchtime breaking news for you. Nathan Ake has been recalled from his loan spell at Bournemouth by Chelsea.

Is he going to play? Or be farmed out elsewhere?

One More Year: Won't be a very good Mexican wave with that crowd.

Jamie Watson: The crowd at Cardiff is shocking. Surely something has to be done to boost attendances for cup games?

DangerMouse101: Looks like a crowd of 3500! Who said the magic has gone!

    Cardiff City 1-1 Fulham

Fulham have played more than three times as many passes as Cardiff in the opening half hour here. Possession football can be dull - in my opinion - but they are moving the ball quickly and neatly enough to avoid that fate so far.

Still, for all their play they've only had two shots on target. Same as Cardiff.

Anybody tempted to book a spur-of-the-moment holiday to Florida or Malaysa whilst watching this game? Some of English football's more unusual sponsors on display this morning.

Ryan Fredericks causes more havoc on that Fulham right and when his cross is only tipped up in the air, Lucas Piazon scuffs his shot.

The sparse crowd may give this occasion an overriding sense of apathy but, for those who are watching, this is quite an entertaining game.

Fulham have made only three changes from their last league outing, and that has helped them make the most fluent start of the two teams - much to the audible delight of their supporters, whose turnout of a few hundred is decent considering the paucity of home fans.

It's all about Ryan Fredericks down that right-hand side. That's the third time now he has got himself one against one against Joe Bennett on Cardiff's left.

He's got the beating of Bennett and pulls the ball back perfectly. He's absolutely destroying Bennett.
