  1. Can Chelsea hammer back?published at 17:15 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January 2017

Chelsea may have been beaten last time out - ending a run of 13 league wins - but my word what would their fans have given for this position a year ago?

A transformation that even Dion Dublin on Homes Under The Hammer would be proud of.

So, will they respond to defeat?

Here, they meet a side with two wins in their last three games and a couple of clean sheets to boot. Tricky then.

  2. Kante's returnpublished at 17:14 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January 2017

    Leicester v Chelsea (17:30 GMT)

That's the first tricky part out of the way for N'Golo Kante. He's done his warm up and heads for the tunnel. No hostility for the Chelsea midfielder on his old stomping ground as far as I can see.

  4. Will someone do a Barnes?published at 17:12 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January 2017

    Leicester v Chelsea (17:30 GMT)

Jamie Vardy is doing some shooting drills on his return from a ban. Right footed, he drills one in from 18 yards. As he turns away the cold air is seen around his mouth as he breathes out. These Leicester players all have long trousers on, tonight is a night for some John Barnes tights...

If you've not been to Leicester recently, they have some cracking street art paying homage to their title-winning heroes. There's everything from Jamie Vardy - with added flames - to team head shots.

It turns our Robert Huth is just as scary in paint form and he moves just as quick when stuck to this wall as he does on the pitch.

    Sorry Rob.

    Leicester v Chelsea (17:30 GMT)

Jamie Vardy returns from suspension to lead the Leicester attack and £15m midfielder Wilfred Ndidi makes his Premier League debut for the Foxes.

Leicester boss Claudio Ranieri makes three changes from the side that beat Everton in the FA Cup last weekend, with Ahmed Musa and Christian Fuchs also coming into the team and Danny Simpson, Leonardo Ulloa and Demarai Gray making way.

Leicester XI: Schmeichel, Morgan, Huth, Fuchs, Chilwell, Mendy, Drinkwater, Ndidi, Albrighton, Musa, Vardy

Chelsea striker Diego Costa may or may not be heading to China to earn £30m a year, but he is not in their squad and did not travel to the King Power Stadium.

Eden Hazard will lead the Blues attack instead, just as he did when Costa was suspended for their Boxing Day win over Bournemouth.

Belgium striker Michy Batshuayi, a £33m summer signing from Marseille, is on the bench and must wait longer for his first league start.

Chelsea XI: Courtois, Azpilicueta, David Luiz, Cahill, Moses, Kante, Matic, Alonso, Willian, Hazard, Pedro

A flurry of players are out on the pitch warming up. Pedro sports a bright yellow vest, Willian has gloves on, coaches stand in padded jackets to escape the freeze. Leicester's group looks more ragged, a few chats going on, less focus it seems. Team news next...

Things change and in football, things can change fast.

Apologies Leicester fans if we are going a little Diego Costa mad, you are champions of England after all and deserve serious air time.

This fixture perhaps underlines how volatile fortunes can be. The Foxes go into the game 28 points behind Chelsea; only 12 months ago they were 17 clear of them.

  9. Welcome one and all...published at 16:56 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January 2017

    Leicester v Chelsea (17:30 GMT)

So welcome one and all. Good to have you with us here at Filbert Street. Sorry, The Walkers Stadium. Sorry, The King Power.

One more kick-off on this cracking Saturday. Have you taken in Harry Kane's hat-trick? Have you seen Andy Carroll's overhead kick? I do hope so.

We will trump the lot here. I'm going out on a limb and promising at least four goals. There you go, you can bank on my word.

That's right folks, in the week China posted its lowest export figures since 2009, there is still plenty in the coffers for a Diego Costa import.

I work it out as £600,000 a week should such a move come off - £30m a year.

So, simple question, what would you do for your club if you picked up £30m a year? Tweet me on #bbcfootball.

Here we have Diego Costa pointing to the trajectory of his bank balance if he takes a reported £30m offer to ply his trade in China.

How much Dim Sum can £30m by you?

So, has Diego - dropped and not part of the Chelsea party today - potentially upset their title-chasing momentum?

We will find out. This final fixture of the day looks a corker.
