Another early change? Simon Francis is down getting some treatment and Eddie Howe nods at Tyrone Mings on the Bournemouth bench.

Francis can't continue so on comes Mings. That's a blow for Bournemouth, Francis had the measure of the City attackers.

    First real chance for Bournemouth!

Manchester City are sliced apart as Jordon Ibe and Jack Wilshere play a one-two that results in the former going through on goal but Willy Caballero is quickly off his line to deny the Cherries forward with a sliding tackle.

Bournemouth will be looking for Jordon Ibe, for him to carry the ball and get the team up the pitch.

Callum Wilson is out injured again, what a blow that is for them.

That's just disrupted Manchester City's rhythm a bit now and they are giving the ball away in midfield. Bournemouth are looking to capitalise quickly with a throw deep in City's half but Simon Francis' looping header is an easy catch for Willy Caballero.

It looks like Gabriel Jesus's right ankle, he rolled it and went over on it.

What a story this would be, Sergio Aguero had a hot water bottle to warm up. We did not see him stretching.

What a good sub to make. He does not have a point to prove. Having scored 154 goals for City, how can you be left out??

    Bournemouth 0-0 Man City

Gabriel Jesus gets up. He looks determined to continue but clearly it hurts too much so off he goes and on comes Sergio Aguero.

A big blow for City but a big chance now for Aguero to reclaim his place in the side.

Pep Guardiola is every inch the man in black as he stalks the technical area. Black coat, black scarf, black woolly hat, black gloves, black trousers and an exceptionally shiny pair of black shoes. Only the grey in his beard breaks the colour co-ordination.

His City side are playing with plenty of heart so far - plus, if you're in the Boscombe area and need a tray of milk chocolates delivered in time for Valentine's Day tomorrow, he might just be your man.

Uh oh, trouble for Manchester City here.

When Gabriel Jesus was challenging for that Raheem Sterling cross he hurt his ankle. He's down on the ground and looks in considerably discomfort.

Thumbs up from Sergio Aguero on the bench. Making a point of being OK with it all?

The man who has replaced him at the tip of City's attack, Gabriel Jesus, has been quiet so far.

    Bournemouth 0-0 Man City

Raheem Sterling beats Charlie Daniels on the right and bends the ball behind the defence for Gabriel Jesus but he's just beaten to it by a Bournemouth defender. Sterling is then picked out by Fernandinho's ball over the top but can only chest the ball into Artur Boruc's hands.

    Bournemouth 0-0 Man City

Willy Caballero rolls the ball out to Aleksandar Kolarov and Jordon Ibe is on him quick as a flash. The hosts are clearly determined to press City and force them into making mistakes, a tactic that works as Bournemouth win a throw.

    Bournemouth 0-0 Man City

Kevin de Bruyne uncharacteristically gets it wrong as he shapes to shoot and ends up skewing his shot wide before Bournemouth head down the pitch quickly and Charlie Daniels' cross is plucked out of the air by Willy Caballero. Lively start to the game.

Manchester City immediately on the attack as Leroy Sane is sent away down the left. He crosses but it is over hit and the ball lands on the top of the net.

Despite their side's poor form recently, Bournemouth fans are in good voice. The Cherries will need their 12th man tonight.

Bournemouth v Manchester City (20:00 GMT)

    Chris Sutton
Ex-Chelsea striker on BBC Radio 5 live

I looked at Bournemouth at the start of the season and thought survival would be great again.

Expectations grow when you have an outstanding young manager, did they recruit well in the summer? I am not sure. Jordon Ibe has not yet hit his straps.

Eddie Howe said himself it was going to be harder in the second season. They have got goals but are too leaky at the back.

Aguero can come and join forces with the mighty Yakubu at Coventry. We play in the same colour kit, our second name's City and re your text at 19.07 it rains less in our city......or if not us then I say he should go to Bayern Munich. He's just the kind of player they lack to be complete.
