What has happened to Bournemouth's form?

They started the season well enough, picking up some decent wins here and there to keep them comfortably in midtable. Since 18 December they have won just one Premier League game and have collected just five points from a possible 24.

    Tough times at the Cherries.

Who's team wouldn't Sergio Aguero get into other than Manchester City's? It is one heck of a risk but it is obviously a risk Pep thinks is worth taking.

Looking a bit chilly there, Gabriel!

While City's new striker has had no trouble adjusting to life on the pitch, the same can't quite be said about the British weather.

“Manchester is very cold," he said recently. "And they are telling me this has been one of the warmest winters in years!

"I cannot imagine it any colder."

Believe men, Gabriel, as a Manchester resident for the last five years, it can get colder.

    And then there's the rain.

Jesus. Is he the real deal?

Former Brazil star Ronaldinho has backed Gabriel Jesus to one day be better than Lionel Messi.

Bit much or fair comment? Just how good do you think Jesus is/could be and do you think it is the end of the road for Sergio Aguero at Man City? If so, where next for the Argentina striker?

Bournemouth v Manchester City (20:00 GMT)

The team news is and Gabriel Jesus retains his place in the Manchester City starting XI. Sergio Aguero is on the bench.

In total there is one change for City and three for Bournemouth. Full team news to follow.

Four minutes until team news is out.

Pep Guardiola has not named an unchanged line-up once this season. Will tonight be the night he sticks with the same XI?

Pep Guardiola is not afraid to make the big decisions and allowing Sergio Aguero to leave would certainly be a big decision.

For now, a place in the starting XI belongs to Gabriel Jesus. If he can help fire Manchester City to victory at Bournemouth tonight they will move up to second in the table and eight points behind leaders Chelsea, keeping them in the title race. Just.

Bournemouth, meanwhile, are still searching for their first win in 2017 and are in real danger of getting sucked into a relegation battle if they don't find form soon.

Potentially off, is the answer to the question on the end of my last entry.

Pep Guardiola admitted for the first time yesterday that Sergio Aguero may not be at Manchester City next season.

"I would like him to stay but I don’t know what is going to happen," he said. "The reason he’s not played the last two games are because Leroy Sane, Gabriel and Raheem Sterling have played amazing. That’s the only reason why."

    Interesting times ahead.

He's fit to play, he's got 18 goals in 26 appearances this season but for the last two games Sergio Aguero has had to make do with a place on the bench.

That's because he is being kept out of the side by a Brazilian teenager.

Gabriel Jesus has made a phenomenal start to his Manchester City career, scoring three goals in his three appearances so far.

The 19-year-old looks set to keep his place in the side for tonight's game at Bournemouth, so where does that leave Aguero?
