Barnsley official Darren England is the man in charge of today's League Two play-off final, his 42nd game of the EFL season.
He has officiated two Blackpool games this season, a win and a draw; while his one Exeter match was also a win.
His assistant referees are James Bell and Lee Venamore, the fourth official is David Webb and reserve assistant referee is Helen Byrne.

The teams flood out of the tunnel, led by Paul Tisdale looking cool and smart, Gary Bowyer formal in a suit looking equally cold as ice.
Fireworks fizz, flags wave... we are almost ready to go.

If Exeter City needed any further incentive to win promotion to League One this afternoon, which I'm sure they don't, then it might well be the desire to retain derbies with fierce rivals Plymouth Argyle next season.
These derbies are as passionate as they come, with 14,671 fans packed into Home Park for the most recent meeting in February. Not bad for a fourth-tier game!
Argyle sealed automatic promotion with games to spare, smashing Newport County 6-1 in the process, while the Grecians had to settle for the lottery of the play-offs.
With Torquay stuck in the National League, Exeter's bid to retain a grip on Devonian bragging rights rests on promotion today, and keeping up with the Pilgrims down the A38.

There will be few more nattily-attired gentlemen in attendance this afternoon than Exeter City boss Paul Tisdale.
The second-longest serving manager in the game is a stylish chap, whose team have adopted some of those flourishes in their brand of play.
After the drama of the semi-finals, Tidsale is desperate for his players to regain their equilibrium for the test ahead.
"I want the players to make the most of it," Tisdale told BBC Radio Devon. "I urge the players to play to the best of their ability.
"As much as we felt exhilarated and emotionally charged against Carlisle, they felt the same thing.
"We've got to make sure we get discipline and focus back on track."

Wembley feels like a familiar place for Blackpool manager Gary Bowyer, despite it being his first visit to the new stadium.
Gary's dad, Ian Bowyer, was a regular visitor with Nottingham Forest as a player and the chance to bring a flavour of that to Blackpool is a special one.
"From my point of view I'm really looking forward to it," he told BBC Radio Lancashire. "Everyone has excitement on their faces.
"It's great to be in that position where you can have that influence on people.
"I felt when I was eight or nine we were there at the end of every season with Nottingham Forest. The day of this game is 37 years to the day my dad won the European Cup, and I'm reliably informed it's my wedding anniversary."

It's fair to say Exeter are writing their first chapters in the history of the English Football League play-offs, breaking new ground in their progress to Wembley.
This is the first time in the 30-year history of the play-offs that the Grecians have been involved, having previously won promotion via the automatic route.
However, the fans DO know all about the significance, the pressure and the intensity of a play-off final.
Their return to the Football League in 2008 came in the Conference promotion final, beating Cambridge United thanks to a Rob Edwards goal.
They had lost to Morecambe in the 2007 final a year before, thus experiencing both emotions the final can bring.

Ian Evatt made more than 200 appearances for Blackpool across seven seasons and played in three play-off finals for the club.
His first, in 2007, saw Yeovil beaten in the first League One play-off final back at the new Wembley.
Then he too, like Ormerod, was involved in 2010 as Blackpool returned to the top tier for the first time since 1971, and was part of the side beaten by West Ham United two years later in their bid to return to the big league at the first attempt.
It's been some slump since into the basement division, but under Gary Bowyer the club could take big steps on the way back up with victory today.

The nearest to a latter-day Dave Bamber would be Brett Ormerod, who became a folk hero at Bloomfield Road in two spells.
He scored in Blackpool's 4-2 Division Three play-off final win against Leyton Orient at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium, and scored 13 goals in 21 games the following season before Southampton came calling.
Ormerod would return after spells at the Saints and Preston to play a key role in another play-off final, this time one that took the plucky Tangerines into the Premier League.
His 2010 goal, in first-half injury-time, was enough to guide Blackpool into the top flight at the expense of Cardiff. History-maker.

Who doesn't want to see a topless Dave Bamber with the old Division Four play-off final trophy, taken 25 years ago?
Blackpool fans worshipped Bamber, who scored 89 goals in 194 games across two spells.
Ominously for those of a Tangerine persuasion, even the legendary striker missed a penalty-shoot out spot-kick to hand promotion to 1991 final opponents Torquay - Exeter's Devonian rivals.
He returned a year later, scoring in normal time against Scunthorpe and then again in the shoot-out as this time the Seasiders avenged their disappointment by climbing out of the bottom tier with victory.

Tangerine is a colour that stands out, but not even the brightly-dressed Blackpool fans can hide the fact that they really haven't travelled in numbers for this one.
A number of chants against the club's owners could be heard outside Wembley, but the lure of seeing their team win at the home of football has been too big to refuse for a small contingent from Lancashire.
The stadium may only be a quarter full this afternoon, but the entertainment factor in the build-up to this final is bound to reel in the neutrals.

Changing your goalkeeper through choice for a play-off final - a maverick move, you may think?
It's less surprising coming from Exeter boss Paul Tisdale though, who loves to wrongfoot all and sundry with his team selections.
Christy Pym had ended the regular season as first choice before being usurped by Bobby Olejnik for the semi-finals with Carlisle, when they conceded five times across the two legs but still went through.
Will the change pay off?
Blackpool v Exeter (15:00 BST)
Three changes for Paul Tisdale's Exeter side, including Christy Pym coming in for Bobby Olejnik in goal. Lloyd James and Joel Grant also start, with Jordan Tillson and Lee Holmes dropping to the bench.
Exeter: Pym, Woodman, James, Harley, Wheeler, Grant, Watkins, Moore-Taylor, Taylor, Stacey, Brown.
Subs: Olejnik, Tillson, Holmes, McAlinden, Croll, Sweeney, Reid.
Blackpool v Exeter (15:00 BST)
Kyle Vassell and Colin Daniel return to the Blackpool side for this one, as Andy Taylor and Danny Philliskirk miss out.
Nathan Delfouneso has to make do with a place on the bench, but offers Gary Bowyer an attacking option.
Blackpool: Slocombe, Mellor, Aimson, Aldred, Robertson, Daniel, Payne, Danns, Potts, Cullen, Vassell.
Subs: Lyness, Nolan, Black, Flores, Osayi-Samuel, Delfouneso, Gnanduillet.

There might be more than a few Devonian accents scattered around London this weekend, as the city of Exeter makes a major pilgrimage to the capital.
Yesterday's Premiership rugby union final saw Exeter Chiefs make history by winning their first title at Twickenham, in an extra-time classic against Wasps.
Those whose nerves aren't shredded might well have doubled up to stick around for the Grecians' punt at success this afternoon.
Whatever happens, what a weekend it's been for that part of Devon!

Two injury-time goals secured Wembley progress for both these teams after see-sawing, ding-dong semi-final affairs.
Blackpool squeezed past Luton Town - 6-5 on aggregate - after Luton goalkeeper Stuart Moore put into his own net in the final moments.
Exeter, meanwhile, had Jack Stacey to thank for his strike at the tail end of a thriller against Carlisle United, again by the same overall scoreline.
Similar fireworks at Wembley wouldn't go amiss, lads. No pressure.

As you might expect given the terrible events in Manchester earlier this week, security has been stepped up in and around Wembley Stadium.
Fans of both sides are now heading up Wembley Way and into the ground.
Blackpool v Exeter (15:00 BST)
Blackpool fans are torn between principle and the love of their club this afternoon, as their long-standing boycott of the club under the current owners is put to the test by a Wembley final.
The Blackpool Supporters Trust have not attended games at Bloomfield Road this season, in spite of the on-field success of Gary Bowyer's team.
BST chairman Steve Rowland has been to play-off finals in 1991, 1992, 2001, 2007, 2010 and 2012 but will miss out today, as he explains in the video above.
It could lead to an eerily empty side of the ground this afternoon, in contrast to the Exeter support.
