    Tottenham 2-1 Borussia Dortmund

Dortmund's teenage dream Christian Pulisic has a shot deflected over the top after another dangerous flowing move. This could end up 5-5!

    Feyenoord 0-2 Manchester City

Manchester City are looking as slick as I've seen them in an away Champions League game. Kevin de Bruyne is an absolute dream of a player isn't he?

Inside the right-hand post - the same spot Son picked out. Peter Bosz is going crazy at the official. He feels there is a foul. There is nothing in it. It is a good decision by the official. Keeper left a big gap and Kane stroked it into the top corner. Brilliant response from Tottenham.

    KEEPER! NEAR POST KEEPER!

He's done again! It's a brilliant finish from Harry Kane but come on now Roman Burki!

It's a very similar goal to Son's opener as Kane runs into the area from the left wing, gets the ball on to his left foot and then flashes an early shot past Burki and into the top corner.

    Sensational football.

It's Dortmund who are controlling possession now, the men in yellow look dangerous.

That is a better goal than the Spurs one. Yarmolenko had nowhere to go but played a one-two with Kagawa and the whipped it into the top corner. It is a brilliant finish. There were warning signs before that. We have a real game on our hands here.

The Cypriot side had looked organised and solid and difficult to breach but they've been caught out on a rare move forwards.

Isco leads a real Madrid break, feeds Gareth Bale down the left and the Welshman slides a perfect ball across goal to pick out Cristiano Ronaldo at the back post for a simple right-foot finish.

Liverpool have responded well to going behind and Brazilian forward Roberto Firmino heads narrowly over the crossbar from a corner.

Oh yes! That is an absolute belter of a goal! Wembley is seeing some action in these early stages!

Andriy Yarmolenko, who was close to joining Stoke a few deadline days ago I think, plays a one-two on the right wing, runs on to the return pass and hits a left-footed curler over Hugo Lloris and it sails into the far corner. A similar flight path to Leroy Sane's fifth goal against Liverpool the other day. Lovely strike.

Goals, goals, goals! This is a beauty as City surgically cut Feyenoord open, Kyle Walker picks out Sergio Aguero at the near post and he volleys into the roof of the net.

What a game at Anfield! What a night so far in the Champions League. We are bathing in chances.

Sadio Mane the latest to have a go, a low shot from range is smothered by Sergio Rico.

There are more goals to come.

  13. CLOSE!published at 19:54 British Summer Time 13 September 2017

    Feyenoord 0-1 Manchester City

Champagne start from City as they go close to a second, Gabriel Jesus loops a header over the keeper's head from Bernardo Silva's dinked cross but it's headed off the line.

Is there a better striker in the air at the moment than Jesus?

  14. CLOSE!published at 19:53 British Summer Time 13 September 2017

    Liverpool 0-1 Sevilla

Liverpool instantly come back into the game with Georginio Wijnaldum firing wide from 20 yards, via a deflection.

It is just the start Spurs wanted. It is brilliant counter-attacking play. Son was played in on that right side and you're thinking 'just square it' but he is one v one and does a step over before rifling it in.

Liverpool's defending has not got any better overnight. Sevilla strike first and this could be an important goal too. Intricate build-up play on the left ends with a cross into the middle, Dejan Lovren should deal with it in front of the Kop but he misses his kick and presents Wissam Ben Yedder with a tap-in!

    Son Heung-min (4 mins)

What a goal that is! Spurs take the lead on the counter, but Dortmund keeper Roman Burki will not want to see this one again.

Spurs free the rapid Son down the left, he drives into the area but he's wide on the left, the keeper is obviously set for a cross and Son is able to flash a powerful shot past him and into the roof of the net.

    John Stones (2 mins)

What a start for Manchester City! They play a corner quickly, David Silva puts a cross in and John Stones thumps a header down into the corner but Tonny Vilhena is on the line and should clear it. He does his best Djimi Traore impression and somehow can't keep it out!

    May be an own goal...

Emre Can has the first shot of the night as Sadio Mane and Gini Wijnaldum link up to tee him up 25 yards out - he hits the target but it's an easy save.
