Gareth Barry made his 633rd Premier League appearance on Monday, breaking Ryan Giggs' record. But how much do you know about him?
Read MoreAs Queen almost sang, one game, one goal, one mission.
We had to wait a long time for a game and even longer for a goal. I'm not entirely convinced it was worth it if you are a neutral who stuck around for the long haul.
It definitely wasn't if you're a Newcastle fan.
For Brighton and their fans, though, it has been a good day at the office.
Join us again tomorrow for Arsenal v West Brom.
I'll see thee.
Brighton 1-0 Newcastle
Newcastle boss Rafael Benitez, speaking to BBC Sport: "At the end we had the control. Credit to them because they did well in the first half. I am not happy with the way we conceded. It was a block, an illegal block. You cannot argue too much but it is very difficult to understand some things. They pushed my players.
"We passed the ball a little better, they were defending more because they were winning.
"I was happy before the game and not so happy after the game. It is a long way to go so we have to keep going and keep improving."
Brighton 1-0 Newcastle
Newcastle boss Rafael Benitez to Sky Sports: “We did enough to get a point at least. Both teams had chances. We had a lot of control and good chances at the end.
"The goal for me was a foul, pushing and blocking. But you cannot change the decision.
"We deserved more. We are still without too much experience in the Premier League. We have to manage these situations a bit better."
Brighton 1-0 Newcastle
The incident involving Hemed that Hughton is referring to occurred in the 89th minute and involved what some of the Newcastle players seemed to suggest was a stamp on the ankle of DeAndre Yedlin.
That is likely to be one the FA has a look at. If they feel there is something in it, the Brighton scorer could be looking at a three-game ban.
Brighton 1-0 Newcastle
Brighton boss Chris Hughton, speaking to Sky Sports: "It was a hard-fought victory. They are a good side, They showed that in their last three games. There were not masses between the two teams.
"Overall we deserved it, not a lot in it, but we've deserved it. With seven points it is a decent return. We have learnt a lot in the game we have played so far."
On a coming together involving Tomer Hemed late on: "An emotional time straight after the game. My very first impression is no intent. There has been contact but my first impression is no intent and knowing the individual I would say no intent."

Brighton 1-0 Newcastle
Brighton striker Tomer Hemed, to Sky Sports: "I think in the last few games we have been playing well. This win can give us a push for the next games. We deserve it.
"Everyone was doing their job. We are a team, we work for each other. We need to win at home, it’s difficult to win away from home. We will get enough points this season I think.
"If everyone can remember the game here with Newcastle last season, it’s a shame we didn’t win."
Brighton 1-0 Newcastle
Brighton midfielder Dale Stephens, to Sky Sports: "It’s huge. We’re playing against a team who are flying, which makes it sweeter. We deserved it, we worked hard. A win is massive in this division. We played well today.
"We’ve tried it [the set-piece routine which led to the winning goal] a few times. I’m glad it paid off. We change the blocker each time.
"It’s important we won today."
Brighton 1-0 Newcastle
Well, you can't say Newcastle didn't have enough possession in the last 15 minutes.
What you can say, though, is that they failed to do enough with it. Credit to Brighton for a stubborn and disciplined rearguard, but the visitors lacked a final ball and anything like a finish.
Brighton 1-0 Newcastle
That is that!
Not a classic but Brighton won't care one bit. Tomer Hemed's hooked finish gives Brighton their second Premier League win.
Big victory.

A cynical foul from Jamaal Lascelles denies Brighton the chance to break and earns the Newcastle captain a booking. That should be that.

All hands to the pump. Jonjo Shelvey lines up a shot but Lewis Dunk throws himself in front of it to block.
Just before that the Newcastle players were not happy with a challenge by Tomer Hemed, who looks to have made contact with DeAndre Yedlin's ankle. Referee sees nothing in it, though.
Normal time is up. Three minutes have been added.
Brighton 1-0 Newcastle
This time the ball is headed behind by a Brighton head for corner number three. Brighton hold remain vigilant, though, and despite failing to proper clear the delivery they hold a good line and benefit when a following cross floats out for a goal-kick.
