Barcelona's league match at home to Las Palmas will take place behind closed doors, despite clashes occurring around Catalonia's independence referendum.

The Spanish government has pledged to stop a poll that was declared illegal by the country's constitutional court.

"FC Barcelona condemns the events which have taken place," said a statement from the Nou Camp club.

It added Sunday's match "will be played behind closed doors" after the league's "refusal to postpone the game".

Burnley have lost just one of the previous 21 Premier League games in which they have been leading at half-time (W16 D4), winning each of the last 10 in a row.

It's a big 45 minutes for Ronald Koeman. He said on Thursday night that his players were 'afraid' to play forwards. They started much more direct today but trail to a good Burnley performance.

Pallav: Who was thinking Koeman could be manager at Barca?!!!

Burnley have got better and better and there are lots of questions for Koeman. Does he stick with this? That would be a big call.

Niasse is not really in the game and Calvert Lewin is not working well with him.

This Everton system is not working. They are not creating chances.

Their good players are not getting on the ball. Sigurdsson as much as anyone is getting left out of the game.

Everton are booed off. Burnley ended that half all over the hosts.

Richard: I thought that was a penalty. Only after seeing the replay do you see what a brilliant decision that was, by the ref.

Everton are hanging on now. Chris Wood is bullying the Toffees and from his challenge Jack Cork picks up the pieces and has a shot deflected over.

Is that a penalty for Burnley! Ooh, ref Jon Moss has booked Scott Arfield for a dive and that looks harsh!

Again it's a clanger from Ashley Williams, who belts a clearance against a player, the ball ricochets to Arfield and Williams lunges in on him. There was contact.
