Liverpool v Manchester United (12:30 BST)

    John Murray
BBC football commentator at Anfield for 5 live Sport

For which side is this the bigger game? It's Liverpool, who remain vulnerable at the back despite creating plenty of chances.

Manchester United have scored four goals in four of their last five matches, and six times already this season - it's not just Romelu Lukaku who's firing.

For Liverpool, in the very far distance you can just see a few vultures flying towards Anfield and Jurgen Klopp as manager. Metaphorically speaking, of course!

Tottenham are still waiting for their first Premier League win at Wembley, but I think it will soon be over because I just don't see Bournemouth holding out the way that, say, Swansea did last month.

  8. One-man team?published at 11:04 British Summer Time 14 October 2017

    Tottenham v Bournemouth (15:00 BST)

Harry Kane and Mauricio PochettinoImage source, Getty Images

Kane Hotspur? Or Tottenham Harry? Either way, the suggestion that Spurs are a one-man team, with that one man being striker Harry Kane, has angered the club's manager Mauricio Pochettino.

It was insinuated by Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola, who described Spurs as the "Harry Kane team", external when discussing his side's title rivals.

"[Guardiola] was part of the big success at Barcelona and I never said it was 'the Lionel Messi team,'" Pochettino said on Friday.

"It doesn't affect me but in the reality it was very disrespectful for many people.

"Everyone deserves to be recognised. When many people took the words, it was very sad and for many players that are here it is strange but, in my case, I didn't take it in a bad way.

"It wasn't disrespectful to myself. For a lot of people it was unnecessary. But we need to move on."

  9. Lawro's predictionpublished at 11:02 British Summer Time 14 October 2017

Burnley v West Ham (15:00 BST)

    Mark LawrensonImage source, BBC Sport

It feels like playing away suits the Clarets more at the moment - they like the opposition to come on to them, so they can react to that.

That's why I think this one will end up in a draw, and I don't think either side would be too unhappy with that.

  10. Early team newspublished at 11:00 British Summer Time 14 October 2017

    Watford v Arsenal (17:30 BST)

Watford winger Andre Carrillo could be involved, despite playing in Peru's World Cup qualifier against Colombia on Wednesday night.

Isaac Success faces up to eight weeks out with a knee injury, while Sebastian Prodl (thigh) remains a doubt.

Arsenal will assess Alexis Sanchez, who only arrived back in London on Thursday after World Cup duty with Chile.

Laurent Koscielny and Sead Kolasinac will have fitness tests, and Shkodran Mustafi is out with a thigh strain.

However, Mesut Ozil and Danny Welbeck are available, having overcome knee and groin injuries respectively.

  11. How do you stop Man City?published at 10:58 British Summer Time 14 October 2017

Manchester City v Stoke (15:00 BST)

    Steve Bower
Match of the Day commentator at the Etihad

It is a question that has already been posed, and it will be asked time and time again this season - how do you try and stop free-scoring Manchester City?

Stoke manager Mark Hughes will have been searching for an answer during the international break. He succeeded with a plan as recently as March when Stoke earned a goalless draw at the Etihad.

However, his former club currently have a much more clinical look about them; 22 goals from only seven games, including 5-0 victories in each of their last two home fixtures, has given them an added air of confidence, particularly evident in their victory at Chelsea.

Any hint of a repeat from last season's visit for Stoke will be a welcome bonus.

I still think Klopp is the right man to bring trophies back to Anfield. Success takes time. Jurgen understands the ethos of the club and is building a strong side. Just need to sort out our leaky defense and get Lallana fit. It's been a rocky start to the season but if anyone can get our season back up and running again it's Jurgen!

    Ashley Charles

Klopp strikes me as a proper football fan. He never seems jaded by the game and enjoys the emotional rollercoaster that accompanies it. It's refreshing, and yes i think he can bring trophies. We've just got to be patient.

  14. 'What has happened to Bournemouth?'published at 10:54 British Summer Time 14 October 2017

    Tottenham v Bournemouth (15:00 BST)

    Steve Wilson
Match of the Day commentator at Wembley

Spurs are third in the table despite having failed to win a home game. A period of adjustment to Wembley was always likely - and I'm not in the 'hoodoo' camp - but there's no way Tottenham can lift the Premier League trophy with one hand tied behind their back.

Losing at home to Chelsea can happen, drawing to both Burnley and Swansea should not - but Eddie Howe will be saying 'if they can do it, why shouldn't we?'

But what on earth has happened to the Cherries? Last season they played with such fearless style and panache, but now they look stale in comparison. Signing Begovic, Ake and Defoe should have lifted them to a higher plane, instead they appear to have sunk into a worrying rut.

  15. Lawro's predictionpublished at 10:52 British Summer Time 14 October 2017

Crystal Palace v Chelsea (15:00 BST)

    Mark LawrensonImage source, BBC Sport

Chelsea have got a couple of injury problems but it is still a huge ask to expect the Eagles to get anything out of this game.

The question still remains as to where the goals will come from. We might not find out the answer for another week.

Crystal Palace v Chelsea (15:00 BST)

Wilfried Zaha hopes to be involved for the first time since injuring his knee in Crystal Palace's opening game.

Scott Dann may return after injury but Christian Benteke remains sidelined and Ruben Loftus-Cheek is ineligible to play against his parent club.

Chelsea's Danny Drinkwater is out with a calf problem, while fellow midfielder N'Golo Kante will be unvailable for three weeks with a hamstring injury.

However, defender David Luiz returns after serving a three-game ban.

Striker Alvaro Morata won't play at Selhurst Park because of a hamstring strain, but the Spaniard could return against Roma on Wednesday.

This is what a goal celebration looks like...

These are worrying times for Swansea, who only have one more point than they did at this stage last year when Bob Bradley was about to take charge of his first match.

Seven players have started each league match so far under Paul Clement, but the consistency of selection hasn't been matched by the results, unless you count the part which reads Swansea nil.

Eight players have begun every game of Huddersfield's first season in the Premier League, but they too need a victory after taking just three points from their past five matches.

A low-scoring draw might be a logical prediction with both struggling to find goals, but when has logic played any part?

  19. Early team newspublished at 10:42 British Summer Time 14 October 2017

    Swansea v Huddersfield (15:00 BST)

Swansea midfielder Renato Sanches is out with a thigh strain suffered on Portugal duty.

Forward Wilfried Bony is doubtful with a calf issue, but Nathan Dyer and Ki Sung-yueng are available for selection.

Huddersfield midfielder Danny Williams has recovered from a foot problem, while forward Steve Mounie could also return from his heel injury.

Playmaker Aaron Mooy is expected to play despite travelling back from Australia in midweek.

  20. Burnley continue to surprisepublished at 10:42 British Summer Time 14 October 2017

Burnley v West Ham (15:00 BST)

    Martin Fisher
Match of the Day commentator at Turf Moor

It's Burnley's best ever Premier League start, and if their presence in the top six is surprising, so too are the results behind it.

Sean Dyche's men have already surpassed their away points for the WHOLE of last season. The flip side is their uncharacteristic stutters at home - just one win and only one goal.

Although West Ham have yet to win on the road they seem to have addressed their defensive problems which had them bottom in August, and they'll be quietly confident of extending their excellent recent record at Turf Moor.
