Jurgen Klopp puts Dejan Lovren out of his misery. He's off and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain comes on. We're not here to dig out individuals but that was a dreadful, dreadful 30 minutes from a top-class player.

ANY CHANCE OF DROPPING OFF A BIT?!

Every time Spurs get the ball they play it into a green ocean of space behind the Liverpool defence. Harry Kane is only a better first touch away from being clean through on goal once more.

Dejan Lovren is about to get an early cut.

Alan Hansen will be doing his nut at some of this defending as Liverpool again just clip a diagonal ball in and Mohamed Salah is allowed to run on to it. He can't do anything with it though.

Then at the other end Son does Dejan Lovren for pace and movement once again, leaving the big defender rooted to the spot to meet Dele Alli's pass but Simon Mignolet comes out to sweep up.

It is a sensational ball from Henderson. I have sympathy for Kane, who had nowhere to go and lost possession. The finish is scuffed from Salah but accurate and spins inside the post. The pass was De Bruyne-esque, though.

Victor Lindelof and Dejan Lovren must have cost about £50m between them. How much for a defender who can head the ball away?

Spurs are going level on points with Manchester United as it stands. A long way to go of course. Son finds Harry Kane running in behind the Liverpool defence, incisive. Comes to nothing.

That goal will prove frustrating for Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool fans. It's the same old weaknesses exposed game after game.
