    QPR 1-0 Sheffield United

Our pre-match debate was a simple one - will Sheffield United extend their lead at the top?

    Not at the moment.

Four added minutes of injury time have given them a little time to change things. But as it stands Idrissa Sylla's fourth minute effort is keeping Rangers in front.

  2. RED CARD: Cooper (Millwall)published at 21:40 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2017

    Sheffield Wednesday 2-1 Millwall

A slightly early bath for Millwall's Jake Cooper, who picks up a second yellow card for blocking off Barry Bannan.

  3. FULL-TIMEpublished at 21:40 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2017

    Norwich 0-2 Wolves

It's all over at Carrow Road.

Wolves are going back to the top of the Championship - unless Sheffield United can turn things around at QPR in about three seconds.

Goals from Willy Boly and Leo Bonatini have given Nuno's side their 10th league win in 15 matches.

    Sunderland 3-3 Bolton

The division's bottom two share the points in a six-goal thriller that showed character from both teams but also some - at times - utterly abysmal defending.

In some respects the draw is no use to anyone, both teams are still in that relegation zone although the Black Cats leapfrog Burton on goal difference.

Sunderland have a big derby against Middlesbrough on Sunday, Bolton welcome Norwich the day before.

  5. goal

GOAL: Cardiff 3-1 Ipswichpublished at 21:36 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2017

    Danny Ward (90+1 mins)

    It's all over now.

Danny Ward pounces after the ball is parried out and slots in.

So many goals in the Championship. It's been a surreal night.

    Sunderland 3-3 Bolton

Into the four minutes of added time at the Stadium of Light.

James Vaughan looks in trouble, hobbling around with a hamstring injury for Sunderland. He's still on though.

Corners racking up as the home side have a late bash at winning it.

  7. goal

GOAL: Reading 3-0 Nottingham Forestpublished at 21:36 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2017

    Jordan Smith OG (78 mins)

Reading wrapping up the points at home to Forest now with a bit of breathing space.

At first it looks like a first goal for the club for Sone Aluko but actually it'll go down as an own goal against Forest keeper Jordan Smith.

Aluko fired a shot across the face of goal but Smith seemed to fumble it underneath his own body and unfortunately into his own net.

    Leeds 1-2 Derby

Pablo Hernandez is on for Leeds, replacing live text commentator's nightmare Ezgjan Alioski.

Will there be another twist at Elland Road?

  9. goal

GOAL: Cardiff 2-1 Ipswichpublished at 21:35 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2017

    Bersant Celina (90 mins)

    Late drama in Wales?

Ipswich forward Bersant Celina slots in from just inside the area to pull a goal back for the Tractor Boys.

Hold on THERE'S BEEN ANOTHER GOAL...

    Sheffield Wednesday 2-1 Millwall

With goals flying in elsewhere, it's stayed goalless in the second half at Hillsborough where Sheffield Wednesday still lead 2-1.

Millwall have Jordan Archer to thank for keeping it in reach, with the goalkeeper pushing away a Jacob Butterfield strike.

  11. Wolves heading toppublished at 21:34 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2017

    Norwich 0-2 Wolves

They're into the final couple of minutes at Carrow Road - Wolves are shutting up shop.

Nuno's men are heading top of the Championship.

  12. goal

GOAL Burton 2-4 Barnsleypublished at 21:33 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2017

    Harvey Barnes (87 mins)

Sizzler from Harvey Barnes that surely puts the game beyond doubt for Barnsley despite a brave effort by Burton.

Ball was worked out to the left side of the penalty area for Barnes, who dropped a shoulder and went towards the byline before drilling a low strike from an acute angle past the despairing Connor Ripley.

    Game over.

    Fulham 0-2 Bristol City

Bristol City are doing their best to shut the game down at Craven Cottage. The 10-man Fulham are trying to threaten, but the defensive duo of Aden Flint and Bailey Wright are standing firm for now.

This game looks to be going with form.

    Sunderland 3-3 Bolton

Desperate stuff from both these teams now, who are trading blows like two tired boxers at the end of a fight who can only be certain a knockout is good enough.

The ball is flying from one end of the pitch to the other and back. Basketball style. Time ticking down. Two to go.

  15. Goals in League Onepublished at 21:30 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2017

    Blackburn 2-2 Fleetwood

The goals are flying in everywhere tonight.

    It's absolute madness out there!

Joe Nuttall had put Blackburn 2-1 up, but Wes Burns has once again equalised for Fleetwood.

There are about five minutes left at Ewood Park.

  16. goal

GOAL: Hull 1-3 Middlesbroughpublished at 21:29 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2017

    Grant Leadbitter pen (85 min)

That's game over for the hosts - they're conceding far too many at home.

Before the penalty was taken Hull had defender Michael Hector sent off, and Grant Leadbitter converted from 12 yards to seal victory for Boro, you would think.

  17. goal

GOAL: Reading 2-0 Nottingham Forestpublished at 21:29 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2017

    John Swift (70 mins)

Reading double their advantage and it's John Swift in the goals again.

A lovely little dinked ball into the area from Mo Barrow finds Swift running on to it from six yards and the midfielder pokes it home low.

  18. PENALTYpublished at 21:28 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2017

    Hull 1-2 Middlesbrough

Penalty to Boro, and Hull are down to 10 men...

    QPR 1-0 Sheffield United

Billy Sharp has buried the ball in the Queens Park Rangers net but was deemed offside to the anguish of the Blades travelling support.

Not going Sheffield United's way is it?

QPR could have killed the game off themselves had Jamie Mackie not flashed his shot over the top. Luke Freeman, the heartbeat of the Rangers side, was the creator.

  20. goal

GOAL Leeds 1-2 Derbypublished at 21:27 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2017

    Sam Winnall pen (80 mins)

    Sam WinnallImage source, Rex Features

Controversial penalty decision, with the foul on Tom Lawrence appearing to be outside the Leeds penalty area.

Sam Winnall doesn't mind, stepping up coolly to send Andy Lonergan the wrong way to score his second goal in eight minutes. From 1-0 up, Leeds are now 2-1 down.
