GOAL Sunderland 2-1 Boltonpublished at 21:00 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2017

    Lewis Grabban (57 mins)

Superb goal for Lewis Grabban, his eighth of the season that has changed the complexion, the mood, the aura around the Stadium of Light and given Sunderland the lead.

Grabban played a little pass into Didier N'dong on the edge of the box, a sensational pass into the path of Bryan Oviedo who squared it for a simple finish.

    Norwich 0-1 Wolves

Wolves are still playing the better football at Carrow Road.

Alfred N'Diaye has gone close a couple of times after the break, but still only Willy Boly's first-half header separates the two sides.

    Leeds 1-0 Derby

Derby are looking lacklustre at Elland Road. Chris Martin hasn't seen an awful lot of the ball up front and Leeds seem comfortable.

Gary Rowett has Matej Vydra and Andreas Weimann on the bench. Might we see one of them soon?

Blackburn have gone in front on 53 minutes after Bradley Dack pounced from close range.

When you're struggling, you don't get the breaks. Well, both these teams are down the bottom end so one of them has!

James Vaughan tussles in the box with Mark Beevers as a cross from Lewis Grabban rolls across and goes down, but Tony Harrington says no penalty despite the desperate appeals. Level pegging still.

    Fulham 0-2 Bristol City

They're back out at Craven Cottage, where Fulham - and particularly Slavisa Jokanovic - will be hoping for a much-improved performance.

The Fulham boss has acted, bringing on Rui Fonte in place of Floyd Ayite and Tomas Kalas off for Oliver Norwood.

They'll have to keep first-half goalscorer Bobby Reid quiet, though.

GOAL: Cardiff 2-0 Ipswichpublished at 20:52 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2017

    Omar Bogle (46 mins)

What a superb team goal by Cardiff.

The ball works its way through midfield with Lee Tomlin and Nathaniel Mendez-Laing exchanging first-time passes, before Omar Bogle fires into the bottom corner.

Cardiff will go second as things stand.

    Sunderland 1-1 Bolton

Sunderland made a change at half-time, bringing on striker James Vaughan for Jonny Williams in a bid to give more support to Lewis Grabban up top.

Positive approach for the Black Cats. No sign of any Halloween witches at the Stadium of Light though.

  9. A big 45 awaits...published at 20:48 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2017

The teams are beginning to emerge after the break.

As things stand Wolves are heading to the top of the Championship.

I guarantee there will be more twists and turns though on what has been a pretty supernatural Halloween so far.

    Reading 1-0 Nottingham Forest

Half-time at the Madejski Stadium in the night's later kick-off.

John Swift's early finish from inside the area is what separates the two sides. Forest haven't had too many clear cut openings.

Reading tested Forest keeper Jordan Smith a couple more times late in that half with a Sam Smith header and a Leandro Bacuna drive.

Second city rivals Birmingham and Aston Villa both play tomorrow after Sunday's fiery derby ended goalless.

Blues, struggling in 21st at the start of play tonight, host a resurgent Brentford side who are unbeaten in six matches.

Villa, in sixth place before Tuesday's fixtures, travel to Preston who are winless in four games.

    QPR 1-0 Sheffield United

Queens Park Rangers head for the sheds a goal to the good, after a freak opener from Idrissa Sylla on four minutes that led to Sheffield United keeper Jamal Blackman going off injured.

It has been a good battle at Loftus Road, both sides having chances to add to that one first-half strike.

Rangers, in Ian Holloway's 300th game in charge, are on course to have beaten the division's top two in consecutive games... that said, the Blades from the Steel City are made of stern stuff.

    Korey SmithImage source, Rex Features

What a half for Bristol City, who have played some lovely football and scored twice to lead Fulham by two goals at the break. Bobby Reid's tap-in was followed by Korey Smith's neat finish.

Ryan Sessegnon clipped the bar for the hosts, but they have an unhappy home crowd to deal with.

  15. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:38 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2017

    Sunderland 1-1 Bolton

Big goal from Lewis Grabban, just as the negativity was starting to bite at the Stadium of Light.

Bolton had gone in front through a cracker from Sammy Ameobi, but Grabban equalised on the stroke of half-time.

Rare moments of quality in this bottom-of-the-Championship square-off.

    Leeds 1-0 Derby

Richard Keogh picks up a yellow card for bringing down Samuel Saiz on the break before the whistle goes for half-time.

Derby have struggled to turn their 60% possession into goal threat, with Pierre-Michel Lasogga's goal from the only shot on target giving Leeds the lead.

    Lewis Grabban (45 mins)

Just as the atmosphere was getting testy, for the second game running Lewis Grabban pops up with a crucial goal for Sunderland to pull them level just before the break.

Didier N'Dong put a perfect slide-rule pass into the path of Grabban, who held off the defender before beating ex-Black Cats keeper Ben Alnwick.

    Jordan Rhodes (43 mins)

It's been a while since Jordan Rhodes last found the net - a whopping 23 league games for a man who used to be prolific at this level.

Well, he's broken his duck, flicking a near-post header into the net from a corner.
