    QPR 1-0 Sheffield United

Both teams have had further chances in what has been a decent first half in the compact setting of Loftus Road.

Leon Clarke fired over the crossbar as league leaders Sheffield United chased an equaliser, while the lively Conor Washington has had a couple of digs at goal but unable to beat sub keeper Simon Moore.

Five-plus minutes of injury time after Jamal Blackman's injury.

    Korey Smith (40 mins)

It's got worse for home-sick Fulham. Callum O'Dowda gets free down the right-hand side and cuts back perfectly for the unmarked Korey Smith to find the bottom corner from the centre of the box.

Long way back now for Slavisa Jokanovic's side.

    Leeds 1-0 Derby

It's a bit dull at Elland Road in all honesty - not that Leeds will care. Still just the single shot on target.

Derby's run of six games unbeaten is under threat. They need to get striker Chris Martin into the game - a Tom Huddlestone deflected long-ranger is as close as they've come so far.

GOAL: Burton 1-2 Barnsleypublished at 20:25 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2017

    Brad Potts (41 mins)

You're never quite so vulnerable as when you've just scored, the old adage says and Barnsley make that ring true.

Burton's loose clearance found Ike Ugbo who powered forward for the Tykes and got a shot away that was spilled by Ripley, and Brad Potts was on hand to tuck away powerfully to restore the lead.

    Short-lived joy for the Brewers.

    Matthew Lund (37 mins)

Burton have worked hard to quell Barnsley in this game, and now have an equaliser.

Well worked it was too, as the ball went wide right, and a swinging cross to the back-post was nodded in by Matthew Lund.

Parity thanks to a fine, brave header from the Northern Ireland international.

    Fulham 0-1 Bristol City

Fulham's troubles at home continue. Bobby Reid's strike means the Whites have now not kept a clean sheet at home for 17 matches.

Bristol City are on-course for a fourth-straight win at Craven Cottage to keep pace with Wolves and Cardiff.

GOAL: Hull 0-2 Middlesbroughpublished at 20:21 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2017

    Britt Assombalonga (36 mins)

He cost a lot (£15m to be precise) but Britt Assombalonga is proving his worth for Boro this season.

It's a sumptuous cross from the right by Cyrus Christie and Assombalonga is there at the back post to head it home and gobble up the chance.

That's his eighth of the season, and Hull are in trouble once again.

    Norwich 0-1 Wolves

Wolves have dominated since Willy Boly put them ahead.

Leo Bonatini should have scored after latching onto a poor backpass but blazed over.

Ruben Neves is running things in midfield. Norwich need a spark from somewhere.

  10. goal

GOAL: Sunderland 0-1 Boltonpublished at 20:19 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2017

    Sammy Ameobi (32 mins)

Out of nothing, Bolton are winning this basement battle thanks to a goal from Sammy Ameobi, a surname to chill the hearts of the Sunderland fans.

The former Newcastle winger, and brother of fellow Sunderland scourge Shola, picked up a loose ball from 25 yards out, was allowed to run and then fire a shot past Robin Ruiter. Deadlock broken.

"Sacked in the morning," chorus the Bolton fans. Sunderland's fans silently seethe.

    Bobby Reid (29 mins)

A 10th goal of the campaign for Bobby Reid! The Bristol City striker taps in from close range after a diagonal pass caught the Fulham defence out of position.

And it's celebrated in now time-honoured Bristol City fashion: with a silly goal GIF.

    Leeds 1-0 Derby

Just the one shot on target so far at Elland Road, and that found the back of the Derby net.

At the moment Leeds are looking good for their lead as they attempt to halt a run of four losses in their last five Championship games.

GOAL: Reading 1-0 Nottingham Forestpublished at 20:12 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2017

    John Swift (13 mins)

First goal of the night in our 20:00 GMT kick-off.

Hosts Reading take the lead courtesy of John Swift finishing off a nice flowing counter-attack where Leandro Bacuna found space down the left before squaring to Swift on the penalty spot to sweep the ball home.

    QPR 1-0 Sheffield United

    Ian HollowayImage source, Rex Features

While QPR have an away record almost as bad as Sunderland's home one (no away win since February), at the 'Loft, they're a different prospect.

As it stands they're making Ian Holloway's 300th R's game in charge an enjoyable one, with Idrissa Sylla almost adding a second from distance and Conor Washington also going close.

United not showing the touches that have taken to the top of the table at the present time.

    Fulham 0-0 Bristol City

Fulham Bristol CityImage source, Rex Features

Fulham have enjoyed 66% of the possession so far, but it's Bristol City who have looked more dangerous so far, with Tim Ream's interception and Ryan Sessegnon's block halting their advances.

But Fulham respond, with Sessegnon getting forward and smashing the woodwork. Still goalless.

    Cardiff 1-0 Ipswich

    Dafydd Pritchard
BBC Sport Wales at the Cardiff City Stadium

It's been an excellent start to the evening for Cardiff, who were top of the Championship for about six minutes until Wolves' goal at Norwich.

They have overwhelmed Ipswich with a powerful, direct start, culminating in Junior Hoilett's fine volleyed goal.

Wolves may have dampened Cardiff's earlier celebrations a little, but manager Neil Warnock will be delighted with his side's response to drawing their previous two home games 0-0.

    Lloyd Isgrove (21 mins)

Lovely goal by Barnsley forward Lloyd Isgrove, though he enjoyed a bit of luck as he made his way into the box.

It was an angled run that took him across the edge of the box and after an attempted through-ball broke back to him, he drove into the left side of the penalty area before arrowing a shot beyond Connor Ripley at the near post.

    Searing. Tykes in front.

Giant defender Willy Boly scores his first goal for Wolves!

The Frenchman is completely unmarked as he meets Barry Douglas' corner and nods it into the net.

Wolves could be heading back to the top of the Championship.

Jamal Blackman's night ends early after he was injured in the incident that led to the QPR goal. He was down for five minutes receiving treatment, before being replaced by Simon Moore.

The Blades have had a chance since, with Paul Coutts corner falling to Jack O'Connell, but his shot sailed over the top.
