The England supporters here at Wembley have been just that... very supportive. They're aware of the test that is ahead of this England team. You can sense the excitement from the crowd and you can certainly sense the danger from the Germans.

This feels like a significant moment for Welsh football.

Chelsea teenager Ethan Ampadu and David Brooks, who has been in sparkling form for Sheffield United this season, have come on for their debuts.

With Liverpool youngster Ben Woodburn also brought on, this feels like the introduction of Wales' next generation.

Oh, how have Wales not levelled this up?!

Mandanda sticks out a boot to prevent a deflection off Aaron Ramsey finding the net and is then on hand again to dive and push away Chris Gunter's angled drive.

    That's a big encouragement for Coleman's side.

Changes in Paris as well. Ben Davies, Joe Ledley and Andy King depart, with Ben Woodburn, David Brooks and Ethan Ampadu entering the action. Time to see if the kids are alright.

With an hour gone at Wembley I think England will be quietly pleased with their display so far. Germany have had a lot of the ball, but the home side have looked handy on the break and possessing of more imagination than in recent matches.

To underline that, Ruben Loftus-Cheek works a lovely opening for Eric Dier on the right byeline, but his ball in is put behind. Sadly, the corner is like the man who won it; dire.

Saul Lloyd Barcroft: Jordan Pickford is England's best keeper. Very disappointed if he isn't No.1 at the World Cup.

Wayne Ellis: No excuse for Vardy not scoring there, far too close to the keeper.

Nathan Wake: Trippier has the best first touch I've ever seen on a defender!

Germany spend a bit of time camped in England's half. The ball is eventually fed wide for Kimmich, who wins a free-kick near the right byeline. Gundogan drives it at Rose and gets a corner, which they take short and waste.

Just a reminder that this is the most inexperienced England side since 1980.

The most experienced player, Phil Jones, has since departed.

This is an England squad with so many players still finding their way on the international scene.

    Brilliant save Ter Stegen!

Jamie Vardy rises in the box to meet a Kieran Trippier cross that picks him out perfectly and looks to have given England the lead with his downward header. But the German keeper is down in a flash to push the ball away with a strong right hand.

Jed Michael: So England can defend when we have a decent, commanding goalkeeper and some ball playing centre backs.... learn something new every day don't you.

Phil: I've always been a huge Joe Hart champion but Jordan Pickford is showing just how far that particular star has fallen.

Pickford winning the Harts and minds...

We have created our own situations, but in fairness to Jordan Pickford, he's been brilliant. He's answered all the questions, he's really spread himself and with the ball at his feet, he's been great.
