The home side swap lone strikers as Alex Schalk takes over from Craig Curran. The Dutchman is none to popular with the Celtic fans who remember his shocking dive to win a penalty the last time the teams met in Dingwall.

Celtic skipper Scott Brown doesn't score too many and with shooting like that it's no surprise. Jeers from the home fans as his effort from 25 yards flies high and wide.

Fit-again Leigh Griffiths is warming up. Is that a warning for Moussa Dembele? The Celtic striker scored a hat-trick for France at under-21 level last week but he's been sleep-walking through this game.

Now the home side venture forward with a few nice passes getting them up to the edge of the Celtic box. Davies Keillor-Dunn produces a lovely turn but then over-cooks a pass for the galloping Sean Kelly.

There isn't a County player more than 18 yards away from their own goal-line as frustrated Celtic are crowded out once again.

Celtic change up corner takers, with Callum McGregor taking over from Stuart Armstong. It almost pays immediate dividends as Mikael Lustig flicks out a leg at a near post delivery and the ball slams into the side-netting.

Something to mull over during the break...

It may only be November, and we are barely a third of the way through the Premiership campaign. But already the question is being asked: could Celtic go through a second season unbeaten against domestic opposition?

Former Celtic striker Scott McDonald, now trying to help Dundee United back into the top flight, is one who believes that is within the realms of possibility.

"The way they are performing, you wouldn't put it past them," he told BBC Scotland's Sportsound last night.

"It still takes a lot of luck because you do have dips in form within a season. In certain games things don't go your way, but it seems to be even when that is happening, they still find a way to win, or to find a goal to get a result.

"There is such a belief and mentality at Celtic now that you could believe that they are on for another unbeaten season."

Celtic are bossing the ball but it's not been a thriller, with neither goalkeeper really tested yet.
