Mauricio Pochettino will be delighted with the solid, professional nature of Tottenham's performance today. Of course, the sprinkling on the top is the goals, and he'll be hoping for a bigger margin of victory and a clean sheet for his back five.

Harry Kane is the first player to hit 20 Premier League goals this season - of course he is.

It all just looks so effortless for him.

Not much to report on this game now, Tottenham passing the ball about like they are having a kickabout at the park.

Tottenham have really gone for this game, there's been no hesitation. They've been attacking, direct and effervescent from minute one, and they really deserve their lead. Spurs have been brilliant tonight.

Everton - and I'm sorry to say this Toffees fans - have been truly woeful in this half. It feels like the only touches of the ball they have had has been picking the ball out of the net.

They are heading for a fourth defeat in a row and a sixth without a win. The Sam Allardyce honeymoon is over.

Everton look shell-shocked. It's not one of the finest of Harry Kane's collection, it's bounced off the bottom of his boot, into the ground, and over Jordan Pickford. It's lucky, but he creates his own luck, by making that run and anticipating that cross.

Son Heung-min is allowed to run unchallenged on the edge of the Everton area - dangerous game - and the forward lines up his shot. It beats Jordan Pickford but smacks against the post.

Jamie: This is quickly becoming an unforgivably bad performance. Bringing Aaron Lennon on instead of Ademola Lookman compounds a diabolical managerial display.

Everton have not got going in this half and Sam Allardyce opts for an early change. Yannick Bolasie is off with ex-Tottenham man Aaron Lennon replacing him.

Spurs fans give Lennon a fantastic reception.
